empties

Hello,

these are my July empties and there are a handful of items.

In the summertime my hair get greasier faster so I used dry shampoo between washes a bit more. This Batiste Blush option is one of my favorites. If I don't shake it well or put too much in one area it can make my hair look a bit too dull but if I am careful this one really works well. This scent as mentioned is one of my favorites.

Next is Ahava mineral botanic velvet body lotion in the Lotus & Chestnut option. I actually purchased it for my sister since she mentioned that she likes it but I bought the wrong one... she was talking about a different scent... at the end I decided to keep it and use it myself. It had a light lovely scent and it did nourish my skin. I liked it a lot but I think it is a bit pricey.

I have ordered this set from Just last year and only now I got to use it. It has Argan and Cedar ingredients and scent. Top is a body wash and bottom is body butter. The scent is a bit masculine but I liked that. Body wash was nothing to special and I used it up rather quick but the butter was thick and whipped. A little went a long way and my skin felt nice after using it. If this would still be available I would get the butter again.

This mini Urban Decay all nighter spray was a gift with purchase and I had hight hopes. The sprayer was nice but I noticed that my face would get greasy faster than usually. I don't mean that it is bad, just taht I have found better.

I am talking about this Catrice ultra last fixing spray which keeps my make up in place for longer and I don't get as greasy. I stopped counting which bottle this is but probably I have gone through ten already and I still have about ten backups. The price is also better than the UD one.

Bottle with the pump is Avon advance technique silky smooth hair oil. This was my second or third bottle of it and I still like it a lot. I would put it on freshly washed hair while still slightly damp and they would dry with less frizz and smoother. If needed I would occasionally put them on dry hair as well but I had to be careful not to make them too oily. I would get this one again.

Empty tube is The Body Shop Petal Rose hand cream. Nice floral scent and almost gel texture which was quick to absorb but it wasn't hydrating enough. They have different scents within the line which fit my dry hand better.

Little pink pot is The Body shop vitamin E moisture cream which felt very light. I remember having one before (gel format) and I liked it more... this is probably different version and I didn't find it hydrating enough even though it did absorb quickly. I will not be buying it again.

I have been wanting to try these Fresh balms for at least two years now. I have seen them on someone and I couldn't get them out of my head. Finally I gave in and pay the rather hefty price for only 6g of product but the product inside is so worth it. The fruity mango scent (I am not sure how mango scent smells like but this could it be it, it is fruity :) and it glides effortless. I don't love the yellow/orange hue of the product because it can look wrong (like I have been eating eggs but forgot to wash). Mostly I was wearing it to bed and the next day my lips were hydrated and soft. I tottaly got myself a new one, this time in Coconut version :)

Catrice HD baking & setting loose powder in the 01 shade. It looks white and also gives a bit of a white cast if I wasn't careful. This one, I think, is my first loose powder and while it is messy it also worked well with my extra oily skin. I am using their HD liquid foundation with this mattifying powder on top and Catrice fixing spray (mentioned above) and at the end of the day my make up looked still presentable. I was very happy with this powder but they discontinued it :(. before it was completely gone I purchased two white ones and two 03 shades (02 which would probably be my match was sold out) so now I am mixing the white and colored powder together to get the right mix :)

Out of eleven used up products I would get 6 of them again but for the other 5 I have no sorrows.

Thank you for reading and have a nice day

Empties

 Hello,

below I have a small batch of empties but they are just for the first half of May, second half will be fuller.

Tall bottle throwing the balance of the line is Batiste Floral dry shampoo. I still like them a lot and rarely buy from other brands just because these are so nice. It is slightly white but if I am careful it is okay. Lovely scent of a non descriptive floral scent but I will get it again.

Next is It's skin power 10 formula VC effector with vitamin C. I really liked this serum, the texture was just right and the bottle lasted me a long time. I like vitamin C products since I still have some acne scars and they disappear faster with use and this one did a nice job. I would get it again.

While purchasing some of their products (mostly body moisturisers) I have also received this mini Korres Greek Yoghurt nourishing probiotic gel cream for calming and hydrating my skin. I liked the light texture (I am a sucker for gel textures) but sometimes it was too 'light' for me, I would follow with some oil on top. I probably won't be buying it, because there are other ones with similar texture that I have tried and work for me better.

In the middle there is oil from Milnica and it is Castor oil. I used it mainly for my hair to promote hair growth but I haven't noticed any big changes, I still prefer Great Burdock for my hair. This one is also very thick and greasy. I need to check if there is another bottle of Castor oil in my 'collection' to use it up and then I probably I won't be buying it again.

I have finished up another Avon advance technique supreme oils hair oil. I absolutely love these, no matter which option I get I love them all or maybe I should say that my hair loves them. I like to use them on still damp hair after washing and it smooths them and makes them silkier and shinier. Right now I am using oil from a different brand but I don't like it as much. These are not as greasy, one pump for the ends of my still slightly wet hair and no oilyness in sight.

Last but not least is one of my favorite scents at the moment. It is a travel option of Lancôme La vie est Belle Oui perfume. I already purchased big size (hello sparkly bottle) and later received this one as a gift with purchase. This size is nice to just put it in my purse and refresh while on the go even though this one lasted on me almost whole day (usually I use three sprays) mostly I would use it if I forgot to use perfume at home. Because this is so long lasting on me it also lasted me a long time, thankfully I still have almost full 100 ml bottle.

Empties

 Hello,

in the second half of March I have used up some more products. Most of them very really nice and I will get them again.

First was a gift with purchase and probably the only one I didn't car for it much. It is Avene xeracalm body moisturiser, it had a very liquid texture and no evident scent. I had very dry skin on my back and it did help a bit but it was nothing spectacular.

Next is body wash from Avon. It is their Care line with Avocado. I have used this before and I still like it. The scent reminds me slightly of the Good Girl perfume, just lighter and with some cream added. The product itself is creamy and not too liquid, this big bottle lasts for a log time.

I am staying in the shower for a little bit longer. Next are L'oreal elseve bond repair shampoo and pre-shampoo solution. I actually loved them both and I think my hair were smoother and less frizzy, specially the ends looked better. I would first use the shampoo and then use the pre-shampoo (I know, there is literally in the name specified how to use it but I prefer to use it afterwards). I just made sure I left it on for as long as possible (in the mean time I would shave and I would take my time).

Second to last is Afrodita Great burdock hair oil. I have already raved about this product and I still love it. It is greasy oil which I use on my hair and brows to help them grow faster. After just a few days I can notice a spur of growth and I keep coming back to it. I am already using a new bottle.

Last is green tube of Caudalie vinopure purifying gel cleanser. This was very liquid and it stare+ted pouring from the tube the second I would unscrew the cap. This was used up very fast because about half of it just drained. This is the second item I would not repurchase.

Empties

 Hello,

this is my round of empties from the first half of February.

Avon planet SPA Heavenly Hydration hot hair oil. The instructions says to put it in a hot water so I always prepare a warm bath for it in my cup :) it smells really nice (the entire Mediterranean collection smells good) and my hair are nourished and silky after soaking and washing this oil off. This was my second one but now I can't find it anymore, I hope the bring it back.

Big bottle is Afrodita Nettle shampoo for greasy hair. I love their shampoos because they are inexpensive and they work for me. At least the cleansing ones that I have tried are nice only if paired with something nourishing afterwards. I probably already have a backup ready for days when my hair need deep cleansing.

Since my hair got really dry and damaged at the begining of the year I tried the Aussie sos line of their shampoo and deep repair conditioner with Australian blend of superfruits for really damaged hair. The scent is gorgeous (same in both products). I feel like conditioner really made a difference in my dry hair and made them a bit more manageable. I will get the conditioner again and probably I will get the 'matching' shampoo as well even thought it was just okay (I like matchy items in my shower).

My skin responds well to tea tree infused face products and face wash seems like a good product to keep my face acne free. I started to use the Saem healing tea garden cleansing balm with tea tree. I really like it and would get it again. It was nice to use it approximately every second day in the shower to keep my skin blemish free.

I have used up another face wash which is The Body Shop Vitamin E gentle facial wash. I love their gel/souflle face moisturiser and I wanted to try out the face wash as well. It wash creamy, like a face moisturiser and it felt a bit odd. If I applied a heavy cream before or oil to remove make-up it didn't perform well, it was too gentle. At the end I used it as a morning face wash and managed to use it up. I won't be getting it again since I prefer stronger ones.

Green tube is Caudalie skin perfecting mattifying fluid. It was quite gel like but it was still a bit oily on my skin so it didn't replace my typical morning/daily face moisturiser. I used it in the evening but if my skin felt still a bit dry I would apply heavier cream or oil over it. I will not be getting it again.

Familiar orange tube is another Neutrogena oil free moisturiser. This is my holy grail daily face cream. It absorbs quickly and my skin is hydrated under my make up. I have been using it for years and I am already using new tube.

Lastly I have two Pure Paw Paw ointments with Grape scent. I purchased them in a set and they are the same just different sized packaging. Smaller 15g tube has slanted opening (shown above) so it is convenient to use on the lips while the larger one 25g just has a hole. They have sweet grape scent which lasted for about 30 seconds and then it was gone. Texture was just like vaseline and I am not a fan. I was using them regularly just to finish them up. I did not like the heavy feeling but at the same time this product disappeared quickly from my lips, other areas would stay greassy till morning but it was gone from my lips... I did not lick them since the vaseline texture (super greasy) is not my favorite.

Empties

 Hello,

my first empties of this year were filled with lip products, mostly because I was almost done with them last year but year 2025 just came around too quick for some items.

I didn't completely used up two Catrice volumizing lip booster lip glosses Pink up the volume and Meet me at Coral bay. I tried really hard but at the end I gave up. They were minty and tingly glosses and I just don't love that effect anymore. The shades were lovely, light but uniformed/ didn't get in my lip lines while applied. I would definitely get tham again, especially the pink shade if they would made them tingle free.

Next is Catrice lip jam hydrating lip gloss Strawrr baby. I only tried it once, because it arrived broken. I have ordered it online and inside the package the lid broke. I can say that it smelled fruity and the shade was barely there light pink (right up my alley). I have put it aside for a few weeks, maybe up to two months and the product inside the nozzle solidified since it was opened (broken lid was just placed on he tube) and no matter how hard I was squeezing nothing came out and I had to throw it away. I am thinking of getting it again since the shade was pretty but for now I got a different shade and a bunch of newly released glosses...

This next item was also a fail and I haven't used it up actually. It is Q&A liquorice lip oil. I didn't realise that the applicator was a metal ball and this applicator I would like to leave in the past. Metal ball spins, rotates and apply product unevenly and messy. In this case it wasn't enough and I was squeezing too hard. Metal ball shot out and most of the oil was spilled all over my lap. Thankfully I was wearing black sweatpants and there were no residue left after a wash. Not much product was left so I am calling it done. The oil itself was very thin and after 10 min it was gone from my lips.

This lip balm was straight forward unpleasant. It is Nude by Nature sheer glow color lip balm in Pink 03 shade. First, it is peach nude rather than pink. Second, it had unpleasant scent, like wooden pencils but make it strong. It applied somewhat gummy or waxy and the strong scent was too much for me to bare, also the shade didn't look good on me. Basically I only put it on, wore it for maybe 15 min and removed it. It went straight for the bin.

Nude by Nature tinted balm didn't work for me but in the packaging it looked promising.

And that is the peachy swatch, not even near pink territory.

There is also Burts's bees tinted lip balm Red Dahlia. I absolutely love this shade. It has red in the name but it is not your typical red. It is somewhat cool toned with a hint of brown and violet tone. It wasn't the most hydrating balm for me but since I love the shade so much I already repurchased it :)

Lastly there are two Hurraw! lip balms. Clear one is Papaya Pineapple and tinted one is Black Cherry. I love the squished packaging but there were no hydration for my lips. Papaya Pineapple had a slight scent but nothing distinguishable. Black Cherry was noticeable and I really liked it, also the tint was gorgeous darker red but sheer. At first I was ready to repurchase it but poor hydration properties made me realise that would not be the best idea, I would rather get the Burt's bees tinted option.

La Roche - Posay lipikar lipid-replenishing cream wash was a gift with purchase. It was a nice creamy wash with a barely there scent. I liked it a lot but probably I won't get it again because I can get cheaper washes from the drug store but if I even get one of these for free I will grab them with both hands.

I have used up another one of Catrice ultra last fixing spray. It is very inexpensive and effective, I sill have more than 10 bottles so I don't need to run out and get more. I am fully loaded :)

In the past I already had mini bottles of Moroccanoil light hair treatment, they were free gifts and based of them I decided to get this one. The scent is gorgeous and my hair feel silky and smooth after using it. The price is a bit high but at the end I think it is worth it for me. I have a few others to go through but I will get it again. I haven't noticed a lot of difference in texture with the original or light (I had samples of both)... I can use both on dry hair and it won't grease my hair out.

Little black pot is Artdeco eye shadow primer. This was my fourth pot and probably my last. It always worked for me but this pot felt different. My eye shadows started to crease no matter what so I gave in and gave this pot to my sister (she still likes it) and I purchased something more expensive and thankfully it works for me. I am a little sad that we had to part ways but I prefer my shadows to stay in place when I put them on my eyes.

Last is Nude by Nature Perfecting concealer Shell Beige. I purchased a bunch of products as part of the trial set and this concealer was included. It was pretty light and yellow toned, really nice match for my skin tone. It was very light in coverage but the plus side is that it didn't crease. I wanted to buy it again and use it on my more easy going days (natural coverage) but the price tag seems a bit high for it... maybe if I will find it on sale I might pick it again.

Little baby swatch at the bottom of the tube, nothing more was left :(

Empties

 Hello,

I got a bit lazy and I decided to join both empties posts into one. First photo features products used in the first half and second photo shows products used at the end of the month.

First of there is Balea Flower Dream body wash and shampoo. I only used it as a body was and even though it implies floral scent to me it smelled like fresh Raspberries. I really liked it and I would get it again in a heartbeat.

Next is a staple of mine, Beauty Glam Niacinamide serum, I love adding it to my night time routine under heavier creams to smooth my texture and help with sensitivity of my skin. I already have a new bottle of it and when it will be on sale I am getting it again.

Third is my beloved Dr. Grandel ferment peeling. It comes in a glass and inside is thin white powder when mixed with water it gets activated. The foam is super thin and light, I just massage it onto my face and rinse afterwards, my skin is immediately smoother and what I like it is how gentle it is. No particles and no burning, my sensitive skin approves and this is my second bottle already. These last for about one year so for me it is money well spent.

Tube is Frudia Mango lip balm. It is a thick product with barely there fruity scent (I hopped for a stronger and juicer scent) but I did like the which texture, perfect for night time. More often than not I would wake up with product still on and that is something I like. My lips never looked dry or chapped afterwards so formula is right. Next time I would like to try some other versions as well, I am tempted by Grape version.

Last in line is Catrice Illuminating blush in the shade I'm nuts about you. Lovely peach shade which added some brightness to my face. I really grow to like this blush as I think it looked really nice against my skin tone. In a way it will be missed but I'm also very excited to wear something else, maybe pink blush.

One of my favourite dry shampoos is this Batiste blush option. Fresh Peony scent and well known and loved formula. I already have a few backups of it, it just shows my love.

Second is Balea perfumed deodorant. This is my second and last bottle of it, I purchased it of well know Mugler Alien scent but I don't trust this formula enough to wear it on its own. Usually I would top my other deos with it to add some scent. I also have lotion with this scent and I enjoy it very much.

Avon advance technique smooth as silk hair oil is the bomb. In the past I have used up a few bottles of it and I sill like it. My hair loves it and look less brittle or dry if I use it. I got into a habit of using it on clean damp hair every time I wash them and my hair look healthy and happy (if that is possible).

Last is my beloved Catrice ultra last fixing spray. It does feel like hairspray but with right dosage it is not noticeable and my make-up lasts all day long. I already have 10+ backups of it :) Talk about obsessed ;)

Empties

 Hello,

this time around I managed to finish or at least let go of some lip products. I still have so many and I'm having a hard time navigating through them all. At one hand I would like to use all of them but if I focus on select few I have a chance to completely finish them up and minimise my collection.

Today I'm starting with two lip glosses, none of them is completely empty but first started to feel a bit weird (I think it is going off) and the other one is just too glittery for my taste. They are Essence shine, shine, shine lip glosses. The pink one is named Think Pink and the nude one is Bright on!. I love these but they are discontinued now and replaced with new formulas that I haven't tried yet but I'm definitely curious of.

Next is Carmex Pear lip balm. I bought it because Pear lip products are rare and I really wanted to try it out. I liked the scent but the formula is on the thinner side and I was constantly reapplying it but to no avail, at midday my lips still felt dry and not nourished enough so I think Carmex just isn't a lip balm brand for me (I also bought Pomegranate version so hopefully it will suit me better).

A while ago I was obsessed with anything Coconut so obviously when I saw this big bottle of body wash I had to have it. It is Dove restoring ritual body wash with Coconut oil and almond milk. It smelled like a mix of these two notes plus a bit of plastic scent, it was faint but enough for me to detect (I get plastic like note in a lot of coconut products so maybe that is just me). It was creamy and it did lather well but scent wise I didn't like it that much so next time I will get a different scent.

Second to last item is Avene refreshing magnifying fluid which worked really well for my skin. It was a light cream, it did look a bit shiny at first but after a minute or two it got absorbed and left my skin hydrated and matte looking. There were no breakouts, no burning or itching  and it did its job. I really liked it, my only minus is the packaging because I was not able to get everything out (I did turn it upside down and scoop it out but some of it still stayed in and I was not able to get it completely). I would buy this again in the future, after I finish some more products.

The very last item is my magical product and it is Afrodita Great Burdock hair oil. I use this to promote hair growth (on my hair, brows and lashes) and the results are in after two or three days. Not long ago I noticed that a lot of my hair fell off, I didn't notice any bald patches just there were a lot of hair on the floor and I got scared. Using this oil religiously and I'm blessed with a bunch of new baby hair. I absolutely love this oil and will buy it till the end of my days.

Empties

 Hello,

a little late but still here :)

First is The Body Shop Wild Argan oil for body and hair. I had this bottle for so long that now it really was the last time to start using it before it turned on me. To me it smells divine (I had a body butter in this scent and it was also a love) and it was a bit of a shame that I used it as a make-up remover... but that was the only way to finish it up before going bad. It did work well as a first step of removing make-up but the scent is just too good to use it for that. I would buy it again but to use it a moisturizer as intended so the scent would linger and last all night.

Next is another oil, this one is Avon Advance Technique moisturizing serum with Argan & Coconut, this one is specifically for hair and surprisingly I did use it on my hair exclusively. One pump on slightly wet hair after washing them really made them soft and less frizzy. I would buy it again but I have a few other just as amazing oils left and I really need to go through all of them before buying more.

A few years ago I fell in love with chemical and enzyme scrubs because I find them more suited for my acne textured skin. This is Q+A Apple AHA exfoliating gel. I used it on cleansed skin in the evening and the next day my skin felt softer and smoother. It is a gel texture so I had to be careful when I opened the tube because the product would just come out. Even though acid can be strong for my sensitive skin this one didn't irritate me and I just massaged it into my skin and then rinsed it off and continue with my night time routine. I would get it again but at the moment I'm using something different and I need to finish what I already have.

I previously had hair conditioner from Nivea in a blue tube but they discontinued it and replaced it with this pink tube so I decided to buy it and see if it is just as good as the previous version and I can say that they are super similar and make my hair look their best. It is Nivea hairmilk natural shine mild conditioner. It is a thicker gel which I use after washing on damp hair, I leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse. My hair are softer, smoother (less frizz and shinier) I also noticed that my hair would be more straight (my hair are naturally straight but sometimes I get a random curl after sleeping on them but not after using this conditioner, they look almost as if I straighten them, just more polished and it looks like I put way more effort into styling them in the morning than I actually did). I already bought a new tube and using it in my shower.

The last item is Nivea hand cream, smooth care in mini 30 ml packaging. I received mine in an advent calendar so I'm not sure you can buy this little size (I at least haven't seen it in the store but I can get it in the same type of packaging but bigger). This is super cute and the product inside is also nice, scent vise it is nothing special but the cream is lightweight and absorbs quickly. I do find it moisturizing when my hands aren't very dry, when I get super dry skin this isn't enough. I know still I have Cherry Blossom version that I need to finish but probably I won't buy more because there are better creams out there.

Empties

 Hello,

another half a month has gone by and all I have for you is a bag full of empty products.

First lets start with a good one. It is Alkmene tea tree face wash. Very nice gel consistency with tea tree that helps keep my skin acne free and I love it very much. I definitely need to go and buy some more because at the moment I'm out of it.

I used to love and use pretty much only Dove deodorants but then I wanted to try something new. My sister gave me this Dove 48h Deodorant with matcha green tea and sakura blossom. It made me realize why I like them so much. It is still a very good one but now I'm layering it with another deodorant to get the perfect smell free combo. I need to go to the store and pick some more, maybe in a different scent, Pear perhaps?

I purchased this Balea Bahamas dream body lotion with coconut and frangipani scent ether last year or two years before. It is pretty old and I'm glad that I finished it up. It is very liquid and when I open it up I have to be really careful not to spill it. At first it smells really nice just like the description says but quickly it gets the plastic-y aftertaste and I don't like that. Quite a few Balea products did that to me and maybe that is the sign to stop buying them?

Next is my love: Essence camouflage Healthy Glow concealer in Light Ivory. This is my third tube and I hope they will never discontinue it. Great coverage and barely there creasing. I already have backup but out of curiosity I bought the matte version. It is not bad but I think I prefer the Healthy Glow one (it is a bit lighter in tone but other than that I don't see the difference in performance).

Next is SPA Ceylon happy uplifting balm roll on that my sister brought from abroad. I use to really like these fresh scents but now I moved to something sweeter and richer. I am aware that this is not meant to be worn as a fragrance but the scent is so strong that it overpowers everything. It is also very oily so I wasn't able to put it on my temples or on my wrists because I would just wipe it out onto my hair or clothes so I ended up using it in my car. I would put a bit of it on a paper and leave it in my car and the refreshing scent in a hot automobile felt really nice.

Next is another love of mine and it is The Body Shop tea tree pore minimiser. It is already discontinued and I'm using my very last tube of it which is pretty sad. I like to apply this before my make-up to 'treat' my skin with tea tree. I really believe that my skin don't produce so much acne when I use products with tea tree and using face wash, oil and primer all with this magical ingredient in it... my skin is blemish free or at least not so very acne occupied since I started using more tea tree (I also know that a proper diet and combination of various ingredients play a massive role).

Another holy grail is this Beauty Glam clear skin serum with Salycylic acid and this particular acid is another miracle for my skin. I approximately use it every second day and aging my blemishes heal much faster or at least don't grow to such extents as they used to. I already got myself a new bottle and is already in good use.

Thank God this beautiful serum from Avon Advance Technique isn't gone yet. They did change or discontinued a couple but they left this silky hair serum. It is my third bottle and I like to use it especially on damp hair and in the morning they are softer and silkier, just like the bottle suggests. I don't have a back up yet but I have some other ones that I need to try first before I go back to this one.

The very last item is this limited edition Catrice Kaviar gauche face powder. It is a bit smaller, 4 g, than the 'regular' sized powders but it still took me a long time to finish it up. It is white and even on me (super pale gal) the slight white tone was present. Whenever I would apply it as a touch up (after 3-4 hours) it made my make-up look a bit cake-y and not so nice so I ended up using it as a neck powder (I use a bit of foundation on my neck as well and I need to powder it otherwise my hair will stick to it).

That is all for my empties. I did order some new skin care online from a company I haven't tried before and I can't wait to try the products out. I hope I will find some new holy grails.

Thank you for reading and have a nice day

Empties

Hello,

this is the last empties post for this year. Some more empties to throw away, clean my space and await the new year with less items ( I haven't rushed to the store and buy more because I already have similar products in my possession to replace these).

The first on the top is Avon anew clinical anti wrinkle crow's feet corrector with A-F 33 (this is supposed to be unique Avon ingredient to help fight aging). I noticed that if  used it closer to my eyes it would irritate them (I would apply it in the evening and by the morning my eyes would be red and itchy) so it is important to read and follow the instructions and apply it only on crow's feet and just leave it there. I still would often find it to be irritating so at the end I used it on my neck only.

In the glass bottle is Ombia cosmetics Hyaluron gel which I don't think it is available at he moment (they only bring it out a couple of times a year). This is my second bottle and if I will find it soon I will grab another one otherwise I will get something else. Hyaluron is supposed to bind with moisture and you should apply something moisturizing on top to lock it and keep it in the skin. I haven't noticed any big difference but is was nice to use under oils, which are a constant in my skin regiment, so I got used to it.

The next bottle is kind of hard to see what it so you will have to believe me that it is Afrodita cosmetics Great Burdock hair oil. This is a miracle oil that helps my hair grow faster. I suggest it to everyone I cross paths. I use it on my brows and scalp and after two to three applications I can already see some baby hair. I'm telling you, this is fantastic and I already have a new bottle ready.

The last item is another oil but it is for different purpose. It is Terra Naturi Wildrose body oil. I used it on its own or on top of body butters or lotions if I had a feeling if they didn't provide enough moisture on its own. The scent was a typical rose and to my nose very pleasant. I already have another rose oil from a different brand so I'm covered.

Another year has come to an end, thank you for following my ramblings and I wish you a happy new year.

Thank you for reading and have a nice day

Empties

Hello,

I have a new empties post. I am preparing for a new year and I would like to use up as many products as possible so next year I will start fresh, do any of you have the same felling? When you just want to get out of the way as many products before the change of year?

First is Le Petit Marseiliais body lotion with cotton and almond note in this beautiful bright red bottle. It reminds me of Poppies and my mom|s old favorite fragrance Kenzo Flower (anyone else?). It was really nice but I prefer the one in the pink/lavender bottle that I have finished earlier this year.

Next is a *miracle* product from REN and it is their flash rinse 1 minute facial. Basically it is a scrub that you apply on a clean and dry face (it has to be dry), it has little scrubby parts that do not feel too much and when it starts balling up I rinse my fingers with lukewarm water and go over my face again. Water turns it into an almost oily product and the scrubby particles dissolves. If my skin is sensitive (acne) it will burn a little (it claims to have water activated vitamin C in it, that is why it is so important that in the first step there is no water involved). My skin will not turn red, even when it feels extra sensitive and the next day my acne are reduced or smaller ones are gone, the texture is improved and the skin after using it a couple of times looks more even. This is gorgeous so I did not hesitate and purchased another tube even though it is expensive.

Next is my beloved Avon advance technique silky hair serum. This is my second used up bottle and third one is already in rotation. I love this oil in my hair not only because it smells nice but also because it makes them look less dry, basically silkier (as the name suggests). My preferred method is to use it on damp hair and in the morning when I wake up they are exceptionally smoother and silkier.

Caudalie vinosource overnight recovery oil was my last years black Friday deal. I also got the one in the green bottle and honestly I did not saw much improvement in my skin but this one in the red bottle (also cheaper) suited me better. It contains Grape seed, Jojoba, Sesame, pure Rose, Sunflower and Palmarose oils mixed together. Using it on a regular base I noticed that my skin looked more even (less red which I can thank Rose oil). I was using it with different serums and my skin improved a lot since last year but I think it was a combination of products. This one was nicer than the one in the green bottle but still it is a bit pricey for what it is. I already bought Jojoba (nourishing) and Rose (redness reducing) oils and just mix them myself since I notice the biggest difference while using these two oils.

These two are the last heroes from this amazing Essence line called prettifying lip oils first one is red SOS, my heart and the other one is actually pink named First, help Pinky (they were hard to tell apart even when they were full). I think I talked and raved about them quite a lot so I will try to be quick. They smell and taste lovely, a bit fruity, they are super glossy and nourishing. When my lips were cracked I applied this miracle oil a couple of times and it healed them within one hour. I think this is pretty good because I have plenty of lip balms and hardly any get that close at fixing my chapped skin. The only downfall with these is that they are pretty thin and disappear too fast. If Essence will ever bring them back I am buying more of them.

Next is also my very last of the Avon SuperShock gel eye pencil in Golden Fawn (both me and my sister owned three of each). This was a limited edition shade and what a pity. The gel in the name suggest that is very creamy and it is but it also dries and does not move around (amazing formula, they still have them but in more modest shades). This one was more of a taupe than gold and had that multi dimensional feel where it looked like you used more than one shade because it looked more complicated and the shimmer made it look sparkly and glowy. Such a good shade that could transform and elevate any look. I would get it again in a heart beat if I could.

Next is another discontinued item and even though  love it I will not be crying my eyes out because I have similar shades already in my collection. It is Catrice Ooops, nude did it again eye shadow, It is a bit hard to spot because it is so close to my skin tone but what is fantastic about it is the sateen finish and I mostly used it as a highlighter on my cheeks. It looked soooo good but I have another shade from Essence that is almost the same and plenty of highlighters to go through, sooo... I am glad that I was able to use up another item and I can not wait to start seeing dips in some of my other shadows.

The very last swatch belongs to Maybelline 24h color tattoo from creamy mattes in the shade Creamy Beige. I absolutely love it. I usually use much less and blend it out so I only get a light shadow on the eye plus this one does not budge. It has some build in primer that even my greasy lids could not get through. I would repurchase it again but I have another brown cream shadow that needs to be used (I was neglecting it because I was focusing so much on this Creamy Beige shade).

I did a little damage on the biggest, blackest Friday. I bought backups of REN mask seen above, backups of my favorite face powder and concealer, daily face moisturizer, new blush and I have also ordered two new fragrances and I can not wait for them to arrive. Nothing too crazy like I did last year.

Empties

Hello,

on this rainy day I collected all my empties. It is a colorful bunch of  awesome and some not so great products. Some of them I will definitely repurchase or I have already and some that I will never touch again.

First is Balea coconut water which smells awful, very plastic like so I hold my breath for as long as possible after using it but then it evaporates and I can't detect it anymore (thankfully this scent is discontinued but I think they now have just the non scented version and something with mint or citrus? Something refreshing maybe? I should check). I used it because the mist is so fine, it hits my face evenly and it is never too wet. I was pretty consistent and used it on top of my make up to avoid cakey and dry patches and it worked fine, so I'm definitely looking for a new one in a different scent or unscented version.

Next is what become my favorite foundation and it is Catrice HD liquid foundation in Light Beige. I love the pipette/dropper even though it is not that efficient but better than nothing. The color Light Beige is a perfect match and even though it is supposed to be matte it has some glow (no shimmer), it looks natural on the skin and the coverage is pretty high on its own but you can definitely build it up and go all out with it. I love it and I'm already using a new bottle of it.

Another favorite of mine is this Alverde aqua see algea essence. This watery essence took me by surprise. I really wasn't expecting much from it but this little baby moisturized my dehydrated skin with ease, I know you shouldn't use it on its own so I top it off with some moisturizing oil and it did wonders for my skin. This will most definitely end up again in my basket but first I have to use up some more expensive and less efficient essences and elixirs before I purchase it again.

I fell in love with the scent of this The Body Shop Vineyard peach body lotion. It really smell authentic and it is gorgeous but I have noticed that it wasn't moisturizing enough for my skin and I got some dry patches after I started using it (I can't verify that this lotion caused it but after I started using the oil that I will talk in a second my skin healed and now that I'm not using it anymore it looks like nothing happened). The scent was definitely amazing but nourishing properties weren't there.

So the magical miracle that I mentioned is this Melvita Jojoba oil. I ended up using it for so many things like removing my make-up (I started doing the triple cleanse, first is the oil to separate make-up from my face, second is some kind of gel to efficiently remove make-up off my face and third is cotton pad soaked with micellar water to make sure everything is clean). It definitely works as cleanser, then when my face was clean I would use a couple  of drops to moisturize my face, I used it on my arms where I developed some dry patches to sooth and nourish and I even used it on the ends of my hair. I definitely need more Jojoba oil in my life but first I will try to use some others up before repurchasing.

The very last item is this all in one Garnie skinactive rose 3 in 1, cream and mask. They suggest to use it in the morning and night but also as a mask if you don't mind slapping a thicker layer on. I didn't like it at all. It was not light enough, the texture reminded me of a butter so it was definitely not great for the day under make-up (at least for my oily skin), I tried it at night but after a while it absorbs and my skin didn't feel nourished but tight and not really taken care of and if I applied a thicker layer it just dried and it lay on top of my skin and did nothing. Well, probably it did something but the results were so minimal that I didn't notice them. At the end I just used it on my body and didn't worry about it.

This Trend it up Soft color butter pen lipstick in the shade 010 is so good, a perfect mix of gloss, lipstick and lip balm. I wish they would make more shades of them. I scrap everything out of the tube so there wasn't enough for the swatch but if you are curious some swatches are here. This formula is one of my favorites and I wish they would still make it.
Next are the Catrice beautifying lip smoothers in Coffee to go and Best mauve ever. I originally wanted the soft pink shade but since I couldn't find it I settled for these two. Nude one was a bit too light for me so I only wore it inside (so no one saw me) and the brighter berry one was a bit too bright and I was too scared to wear it in public in case of bleeding or going out of my lines. They had a nice formula but nothing too spectacular, if they would still be available I wouldn't get them. I didn't completely finish them because they started to smell so I decided to part with them and use something that is at least still good.

Empties

Hello,

for the last time this year here are my empties.

Avon glycerin hand and nail cream is hands down my favorite one and I have been through so many tubes of it already that I don't even know if it has any sense to talk about how amazing it is.

Avon naturals milk and honey is another hand cream that came to an end but besides of its lovely scent it didn't convince me. The texture can be too greasy if I applied too much but otherwise it didn't handle my dry skin. To me it was pointless and I won't repurchase it again.

Another Avon tube and it isn't the last one  ;) this one is from the Planet SPA line and it is the  Caribbean Escape face massage mask with crushed pearls and algae extract. I know that that description doesn't sound appealing but it smells divine. Very comforting, creamy and luxurious. This mask has some scrub particles in it but they don't do much since they are so sparse but the moisture is real. I can feel the layer on my skin even after washing it off and it lightly moisturize my skin. I like it but not so much to repurchase it.

Avon foot works exotic paradise exfoliating scrub with coconut scent. I usually get these foot works scrubs because they are packed with scrubbing particles but I use them on my face with very little pressure so I don't damage my skin and because I really think that they work and are super cheap I will continue buying them but this one disappointed me a bit. I feel like it wasn't so very scrubby.

Afrodita Great Burdock hair oil is another repurchase of mine and I got all of my close ones hooked on. Seriously, if you want your hair to grow use this one two or three times and you will thank me later.

Rimmel Oh my Gloss! oil tint in the shade Master Pink was something I was working on it for a while. I checked what I have written in my initial review and I still agree with it. The texture is a bit thin and it goes away a bit too fast for my taste. After a longer period of time I find out that it isn't very nourishing and honestly I have other oils and glosses that comfort my lips and gives them plenty of shine so I won't buy it again.

Catrice luxury Lips intensive care gloss oil in the color Revolution-berry lips. It was the most 'pigmented' out of the bunch and therefore my favorite. It gave my lips a  nice flush and it did manage to moisturize them. For me this formula was much much better than the Rimmel one I talked previously.

This Lily Lolo mineral concealer in the shade Blondie is super duper old (they have different packaging now for instance). I don't know how people can use this all over their faces because on me it this was very drying and it made me look much older (wrinkles got more pronounced and dry patches emerged) but I found some use for it. Whenever I got a pimple I would brush a bit all over that little sucker and it dry it down while wearing make-up. I only had to be careful because the color was a smidge light for me but some face powder dusted all over fixed it. Even though it was nice for my acne or the opposite, my acne were afraid of it I won't buy it again.

The very last item is Essence Hello Autumn TE multicolored powder in Autumn & the city. It had four different golden/beige/brown shades and sometimes I picked some specifically and used them on my eyes but if I just swirled all of them together it created a nice golden highlighter, if I proceeded to pack it on the slight brown base showed and it looked like a glowy bronzer. I liked that versatility but through the years I found better products and this one more and more started to look like a glitter on the skin. I think it dried so the only solution that I came up with was to smash it and mix it in with different hair sprays so my hair can shine like they deserve it  ;)

Empties

Hello,

up till today I finished quite a lot of products or at least decided to part with them. Now I am starting to feel ready for Autumn especially because my skin is getting more and more dry and I'm falling back in love with heavier, cozier scents.

Afrodita's Great Burdock hair oil. I love this thing. You apply it onto desired area and voila hair will start growing after three or four uses. I use it on my brows, lashes (I am careful that I don't get it in my eye) and  scalp. I even got my mom and sister hoked up on it, if you can get it I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Avon makes this FullSpeed men cologne that is fresh and orange-y at the same time. A couple of years ago I was really into men scents and would buy a lot of them for myself but I outgrew that faze and prefer more feminine scents now. I still like it but mostly I used it in my car as a car spray.

I bought this Victoria's Secret hydrating body lotion in Love Spell scent right after they started to sell their products here in Slovenia but I never got used to the sweet, gummy bear scent. Just recently I picked it up again and while I'm still not super into the scent I found combo that I liked. I would moisturize with cacao butter and apply this on top. That scent combo is delight and was very comforting and calming. If I would have issues with sleeping this would solve them right away.

Colab makes nice dry shampoos in my opinion. No white residue, no stickiness but I have to use a little more than usual to get the job done. When I used up the first bottle (this is the second on of this scent) I thought that I found my kind of dry shampoo but I since discovered more brands that I like better. They are cheaper and with less product I get the same result. I love the Unicorn scent but I won't be picking it again.

Balea makes a lot of LE scents and this one was one of them. Cheers to Life is a slightly creamy body wash and it is described to have vanilla and citrus scent bu to me it smells more like a pomegranate fruit and I loved it so very much that I would buy it a hundred times more if I could.

Avon Advance Technique micellar technology color correcting shampoo without sulfates. It was something new and I was eager to try it even though I don't dye my hair nor I have any prejudice against sulfates. It didn't foam so I ended up using a lot more than usually and I also noticed that if I put some oil in my hair before washing this shampoo wasn't able to get it out so the products were just building it up and my hair didn't look nice or clean. I'm so happy that I'm done with it and I will never ever buy it again.

Another tube of my beloved L'oreal Infallible 24-h matte foundation in the shade 11 Vanilla is gone. I love the tone (it is a bit too dark for me but a lightening drops saves the day), high coverage and matte look so much that I only buy this foundation. I'm already using my next tube and I am already on a lookout for some sales to stock up.

Next I have two liquid lip powders from Catrice that I bought at the beginning of this year but I never got around to review them here. The main reason being that I don't like them. Metal matt liquid lip powder in Frame of Roses looks lovely and the ultra matt liquid lip powder in Will you Berry Me? looks very uneven on the lips and accentuates the dry areas. The Frame of Roses is able to cover the dry patches better because of the shimmer but I hate the dry feeling on my lips. That has got nothing to do with the actual product but with my personal preference. I am simply more of a lip gloss kind of gal and matte liquid lipsticks just don't float my boat.

The very last item is just a sample but the shade is too good not to include it here. It is Avon Caressing Coral lipstick from years and years ago. I am tossing it away because it has definitely went bad but the shade had me. I had a couple samples of the same color and this one is the very last one. I loved wearing it especially on the days when I wasn't feeling the best because this bright number always cheered me up and make me look more awake and presentable. I would happily buy myself a lipstick in this shade if I could find it, any suggestions?

Empties

Hello,

this time around I'm having a lot of face products. I'm trying a lot of new stuff and some older ones that didn't convinced me have to go.

First and second tubes are two Holika Holika discontinued Petite BB creams. In the yellow packaging is Bouncy with nice coverage but way too dark for me so I barely used it. Second is Aqua and while the shade matches me better it has barely there coverage so I only used it on my neck to connect my face with the rest of my body.

The white tube is my second Avon Anew clinical advanced resurfacing peel with 10% glycolic acid. Inside you get 30 soaked pads which you rub over cleansed face and if you have some dry skin, acne or just sensitive skin it will lightly burn or tingle. It didn't bother me too much but I wasn't using them regularly so I can't tell if they worked for me. As I mentioned this is my second pack but I won't be spending my money on something I'm not even sure if it works for me.

The bottle on top is my beloved Afrodita great burdock hair oil. I swear that this oil is magical as it helps my hair grow faster (even my sister and mom can verify that because they both are using their own bottles of it). I talked about it here.

This lip balm was sent to me but I was so interested in it that I would probably spent my own money on it but at the end I'm glad that I didn't. This was very average balm that did very little for my dry and chapped lips but it smelled so nice, like a true Mango. It is from Essence & the lovely little things LE and was named & we kissed.

The last two tubes are both from Korean brands and are green make-up bases. First is Tony Moly Baby Doll make up mint base and second is The Face Shop air cotton green make up base. I did buy them on two different occasions and were my first make up primers and at the beginning I was excited about them but later I discovered better ones so these two were left forgotten. I know I had them for so long and that they probably already went bad so I'm tossing them before they start to reek.

Empties

Hello,

we are again embracing the end of another month. I love March because of the Spring awakening but this year it looks like we will have to wait a little longer. It is freezing outside and occasionally snowing so Winter here is in full swing but I still hope the weather will change at least towards the end of the month when my birthday will take place so we could have party outside on the sun, lets cross our fingers.

First is Essence instant matt fixing spray. It sprays a fine mist and if my skin is already a bit dry it can feel a little uncomfortable after it dries (I imagine spraying hair spray would do the same, kind off pull the skin so it would feel like the skin on face is too tight) but I solve it with a little spritz of toner afterwards and it is fine. I think my make-up lasts longer and looks better when I use it so I already have a new bottle in my bathroom.

Next is another spray but this time from Avon Advance Techniques Supreme oils line and it is a duo oil (you have to shake it well before spraying it onto the hair). I love the scent that they have in the AT line but this one smells slightly different and for me even better. At first I didn't know how to use it because if I sprayed it on my tips it did nothing, I had to be careful not to use too much otherwise it would make my hair greasy so I only used it to make my hair smell great, one or two spritzes but a couple of months ago I started to blow dry my hair and I was so scared that hot air would dry them out. I remembered that I have this and now I use it on damp hair and then blow dry them, my hair look amazing. They are shiny, healthy looking, bouncy and smell great. I really think that adding oil on my hair before blow drying helps and I already repurchase it (probably some other oil would work just as fine but since I adore the scent on this particular one I will use this one).

Avon Clearskin gel purifying face cleanser is already a repurchase but this time it is housed in 'new' packaging. Almost jelly consistency had some green small balls in there which dissolved after massaging it. I think it cleansed my skin well and witch hazel help calming my skin down. At the moment I have plenty of face washes at my disposal but after they are all gone I just might repurchase it again.

Huh, this Batiste dry shampoo in Blush scent totally spin me around. First I was using the tinted ones that smelled like old socks and then they came out with scented ones and I wanted to try them for so long but I held myself back because I knew just how many bottles from other brands I had and I needed to go through them first. The first time I used this one I knew this is it. The scent is divine and I would use it as a perfume, it does have some white cast but my dirty (I hate to use that word to describe my hair color but it seems legit) light brown hair with natural blond highlights camouflage it well just as long as I run my fingers though a little. It is very strong, a little goes a long way so this big 200 ml can lasts me for a long time and they regularly reduce the price so I can get them for really cheap.

Almost there, just a couple of lip products. These two are Avon Ultra Color Indulgent lipsticks in Pink Blossom (coral-pink) and Petal Pink (cool toned pink). I remember that I order them right when they came out so I didn't quite know how the shades looks like. I actually purchase three (Tawny Rose is still my favorite) and these two rarely get on my lips. I tried them just recently and I'm not in these brights anymore and since they are over three years old and I really can't see myself using them I thought I would just toss them if I will feel the need to use bright pink I still have a couple in my collection that aren't as old and I can use them.

The very last item is Burt's Bees tinted lip balm in the shade Petunia. I have seen that they changed the packaging, colors and names so this one is no longer available and I'm fine with it. The color was a nice baby pink but when my lips were dry the pigment made it even more obvious and that happened all the time. I would use it all day long and my lips got dry and chapped. I don't care if the product is natural, organic or vegan if it doesn't do its job, in this case moisturize, then I don't like it. I still have another shade and I'm seriously thinking of tossing it away. Life is too short to use crappy lip balms that don't work, right?

Empties

Hello,

this time of the month I have a nice selection of used up products. There are a little bit of everything.

First is what have quickly become my favorite foundation, it is L'oreal Infallible 24-h matte in the shade 11 Vanilla. I apply it with a damp sponge and the finish is almost matte, it offers a very nice high coverage. On those nasty areas where I have extra redness or pimples I add a bit more and at the end I can use very little concealer. The only 'flaw' is that it is still a smidge too dark but The Body Shop lightening drops 'fix' it for me. I have already repurchase it and I can't imagine what would happen when or if they will discontinued it.

Catrice used to make these amazing Ultimate Shine Gel Colour lipsticks. I have bought numerous bullets and gave them even to my mom and sister and they also got hooked on them. This one is in the Better than Nude shade which was a little too pale for me but with a little bit of lip gloss on top everything looked nice.

Another Catrice product is this Shine Appeal Liquid Lipstick in the shade Rose, would you...? These were just regular shiny lip glosses but with an amazing formula. They discontinued them pretty fast maybe because they marked them as liquid lipsticks and people expected matte finish instead they got very shiny formula. I didn't mind it, in fact I have another shade. To me they were very comfortable and moisturizing, in my opinion they should bring them back.

This next item is Essence Liquid Lipstick in a bright cool toned shade Colour Party. Just as the Catrice ones are misleading this one is too but this guy was way more pigmented and when you combine high gloss and a lot of pigment you get a product that can easily get out of control. I could apply it nicely but after thirty minutes I didn't know if the gloss is already dripping down my chin or is smeared all over my teeth. I prefer lip glosses with sheer color just because they are easier to wear and this one just didn't meet my taste. Also the color was all wrong for my undertone, such cool tones don't suit me and it was left forgotten in my drawl.

My sister brought me this The Body Shop Raspberry body butter from abroad and I decided to use it up in the Winter time. Such fruity, luxurious butter felt so good on my skin and made Winter time more bearable (I love Spring and Summer). I can see that they are discontinuing this scent but I have a lot of others that I need to get through but if you are looking for a butter that smells just like the Raspberry you can't go wrong with this one.

Avon Advance Technique Daily Shine 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner was something I used when I was a kid. It was the most basic and I never had any issues with my hair so this was great for me. Out of nostalgia I picked up another bottle and I decided to get the really big one. I still like the scent of the AT line but this particular shampoo didn't do anything amazing. It made my hair clean but nothing else. I have a couple from the Naturals range that I like better and will rather repurchase those but I might try some more from the AT line.

My sister gave me this sample sized Moroccanoil hair oil bottle because she used up the big one and she liked it a lot. At first I was using it on dry hair and it did nothing, well they could get greasy if I applied too much but that was it. Latter I started to use it on damp hair after I washed them and the next morning my hair were sleeker, shinier and more smooth not to mention how good they smelled. I used it up way too fast and now I miss it, I know that it is a little expensive but if I will have some coupons I will get myself a big bottle.

The very last item was a gift from Cosnova team and it is Essence for Boys and Girls sheet mask. This collection will be out soon in February and finally I am ahead with at least one review. The sheet fitted my face really well and I also didn't had any issues slipping it off my face. I could walk around my apartment and it stayed put. My skin afterward felt moisturized and a bit sticky, thankfully it was my day off so I didn't wear make-up later but I'm pretty sure I would have to wipe my face off with some micellar water. I have never had that sticky feeling after a sheet mask but since I wasn't putting any make-up on I didn't mind. Would I buy it? Probably not, I have tried some Korean ones and I like those better (they didn't feel sticky but they moisturized my skin really well plus after I used up a mask there was enough essence left for a couple of days while with the Essence one the package was empty).

Thank you for reading and have a nice day

Empties

Hello,

this is going to be second to last empties post in this ending year. Do you feel nostalgic already or are you one of those people who can't wait till next year?
If I'm honest I'm a bit scared because big decisions and steps are ahead of me and change always manages to freak me out. I can only hope and pray that everything will end up well for me. To cheer myself up a bit I always start taking better care of my skin and hair which will be evident in my next posts.

First product is old Catrice Ultimate Shine Gel Colour Lipstick in the Don't fear the Sheer shade. This line of lippies was so very moisturizing and comfortable to wear, when they discontinued them in 2015 I bought a bunch of them, I kept most of them for myself (I have 4 more to go through) but I gave some to my mom and sister and they both loved them as well. If I could get my hands on more of them I definitely would, in fact all three of us would.

Next is Burt's Bees replenishing Pomegranate lip balm, it smells amazingly fruity but the texture was a bit too light for me. I prefer greasier balms that lasts on the lips, this one stayed on for about 15 minutes and then I had to reapply. By the end of the day my lips were dry and thirsty. It looks red but on the lips it was clear. They cost a little more (a little more than 4 €) and for me they are definitely not worth it, I had much better balms for less.

Don't fear the Sheer lipstick, Blush lip shine and Soft Peach lip gloss

Another Burt's Bees product has been 'finished' in the shade Blush. It is evident from the photo that there is still a lot of product left and that is because it went bad. The scent is still very fruity and sweet but it has formed some kind of texture but if I rub my lips together they dissolve. I'm not sure what it is but since I know that it is a bit older I'm tossing it. It was sheer but so very glossy, very 'my' kind of gloss but again not worth the price tag. On the swatch photo it is the one in the middle.

The last lip product in this post is from Avon and it is one of their Ultra Glazewear Absolute gloss in the Soft Peach shade (last swatch). I absolutely adore this line of moisturizing glosses (so sad that they are gone) and the peachy shade was lovely but my favorite remains the Renewing Rose which is muted mauve color.

This is my second Lush fresh face mask (I used up two pots of Cosmetic Catastrophe which I adore) and this time I opted for a different kind called Cosmetic Warrior. It is meant for oily, acne prone skin which I have. It has a lot of garlic and tea tree oil in it and the scent can be a little much sometimes. It felt like a gentle clay mask but I haven't noticed any results. The other mask C.W. actually did something for my skin so next time I will rather pick that one out.

I was pampering my hair a lot and I don't want to brag but my hair haven't look better. I have to thank this oil a lot, it is Avon Advance Technique Smooth as Silk hair oil that makes my hair instantly less frizzy, more smooth, sleek and less dry. One pump is enough to nourish my almost waist length hair. I have tried two more oils from Avon's AT line and this one is my favorite. I already bought myself a backup.

The last item is Afrodita's Cosmetics Hydra Thermal Hyaluronic acid hydra active concentrate which feels almost like a gel and it absorbs really fast into the skin. I figured that if I used it a couple of days in a row it broke me out so I used it sparingly on my face but I slather it on my neck and chest area (not so sensitive and it gave my skin some moisturizing boost). I won't be repurchasing it again but I do have some other Hyaluronic acid serums that I need to go through and I will see how my skin will react to those.

Thank you for reading and have a nice day
