Fleur L'eau tint

 Hello,

I have a lot of Bbia lippies. I like what I have already tried out so when I see something new I am more bound to get it and try it out. This floral collection definitely put a spell on me.

This one has even different packaging from the rest, it is textured and it opens from the side. The presentation is really beautiful. This Bbia L'eau tint in the shade Fleur L'eau. Shade is described as Rosy Pink.

On the bottle there is actual cloth with the collection and shade name. So far I have only one shade. This bottle holds 4,5 ml of product.

I am already used to this applicator from Bbia and it is nice for evenly dispersing the product. This line has a definite red apple scent. So refreshing and delicious.

Shade is unexpectantly bright and red toned. Nothing pink or rosy as described. It does have glow but it settles into less shiny tint. Shade is also a bit buildable so I can make it a bit more natural looking but still ends up bright.

I like the packaging and floral branding but it does not have glossy finish as expected and shine doesn't last. I also feel like I did not pick the right shade for me. Stain is pretty strong and I love the apple scent.

I don't love the shade on me and there is no longlasting glow, this is my first Bbia tint that I don't love. It is a personal preference, I just prefer their regular line and I am looking at some more shades from the standard range right now to purchase some more.

Eyes Eyes Baby

l Hello,

I am back with something super sparkly. I found this one online and my curiosity got the best of me.

This one is Artdeco Eyes Eyes Baby eyeshadow palette in collaboration with xLaeta.
Top really is glittery and textured, so far none of the glitter particles fell off, so I would say that they glued them down really well.

It comes in a box which contains the names of each shade, after I opened it, there is also plastic clear sheet with the names but since this wasn't practical to keep I threw it away and now I am referencing names from taken photos.

First two shadows from each lines are matte, others are shimmery shades.

Some of these shades have crazy almost mirror like shine when I apply them with a finger, so intense and very beautiful. Not a subtle palette :)

When I dip my finger in shimmery/glittery shades it feels like they are cream products but they are not. Only the two matte shades feel 'normal' to the touch. I made these swatches on dry skin with two layers (only because the pigment started to fade coming towards the bottom of the swatch and just to make them more even I used two layers). They are very pigmented shades.

First shade, named Rain of Purple is deep and vivid, I envisioned to use it as a liner (I always go for a dark grey, sometimes for a brown liner but this time I decided to make it bold). It looks great against my blue/grey eyes.
Next shade is Matilda. Bold, bright and very yellow gold. Personally I don't like it and I knew I will not use it even before purchasing, it just isn't my cup of tea.
Next two shades are my favorite form the palette. Full House is super glowy, smokey beige shade which sparkles like crazy. I love to put it all over my lid or just in the outer corner.
Last in the line is named 1996 and an eye catcher, simply because it has this random mix seen in the pan. There is ivory, light pink and brown veining, altogether give off white sparkly effect. I love it for my inner corners or just all over the lid for that extra sparkle.

(First swatch is 1996). Second row starts with another matte, they call it Clueless Charm. This one is darker brown and I wish it would be a bit more buildable. I don't wear dark make-up on my eyes and this one is pretty dark but I tried it as a liner. For that brown definition.
Next to it is a glittery shade Friends, which in the pan looks bronzey and orange, on my skin comes off pretty warm so again this one I didn't love wearing and I know I will not be reaching for.
Next is pale pink shade Gamegirl which gave my heart a little flutter because I envisioned full on fairy make-up but it ends up leaning also a bit warm on me :( not that 'bad' but also not as pink as I would like.
Last is a sparkly green, named Kevin. It is cool toned and something about this green makes me super happy, again green is not a shade I would wear on my eyes but I tried it as a glowy liner and it looked really pretty.

For me this is a super colorful palette and even though I will not be using second Matilda and sixth Friends shade I can see myself grabbing other shades until we come to the formula. I used my regular primer first which keeps my eyeshadows put but not with these. After a few hours my eye make-up would crease. Even the liner shades don't stay (the 'beauty' of having hooded eyes).
That is the reason that now I am contemplating if I should keep them or not. Creasing defeats the purpose of wearing eye shadow for me but what if I find another primer which will make them stay? Then it would be a shame to give them away. I am really conflicted with this palette. Shades are gorgeous, the shine is crazy beautiful, only if they would stay put.

Vanilla Sprinkles, Rose Sparkles and Mocha Magic

 Hello,

after buying one, then first set of trios I wanted to get the shimmery trio as well. I hoped that this set will not be as minty as the previous ones but I was wrong.

This Nudestix set includes three Hydrating Peptide lip butters in Vanilla Sparkles, Rose Sparkles and Mocha Magic. all of them are super shimmery and I feel ready for this Summer.

These balms come in a squeezy tubes with a normal plastic tip, it makes it easy to apply and it is comfortable to use. They all have minty scent and cool tingling effect on the lips (the previous set each balm had different scent, these all smell the same).

First, Vanilla Sprinkles has clear base with lavender, silver and a few golden sparkles thrown in the mix. The look on the lips is fully sparkly and cool toned sparkles create a soft lilac sheen.

Rose Sparkles is next, with a soft rosy base and plenty of golden sparkles. It gives some base color and the golden sheen turns it very warm toned.

Last but not least is Mocha Magic. I was a bit scared of it since I am pale and this one looks pretty dark. It is the most pigmented of them all and this one for me is not safe to use without the mirror. I have to be careful and use very little to not be too dark on me. I imagine darker skinned beauty wearing this one and rocking the world while wearing it.

These are great for the hot Summer weather since they feel so very cooling on the lips, shimmer sparkles exceptional on the sun and they are joy to look at.
I like them but can sometimes be too cooling. I don't love minty scents at the moment (when I was younger I love this effect and minty balms and glosses were all I wore) but the shades, especially the first two are my favorite so I can see myself wearing them but not as sole balms because the effect is a bit too much for me at the moment (I will apply them once or twice a day and then wear something mint free).

Blooming Days and Valley Lily

 Hello,

look at these pretty blushes, somehow they remind me of juicy strawberries, anyone else? Probably the rose buds on top reminiscent of the fruit in the basket...

They are FlowerKnows Midsummer Fairytales Velvet embossed blushes in Blooming Days and Valley Lily. I guess I am in my peach/coral and nude cheek era and I thought that these two would be the best for me right now.

The packaging is again over the top with Fairies and roses (I still think the are strawberries ;).

Green one holds the nudy blush and the packaging is bulky (as all FlowerKnows items are) and hold 5g of product each.

Blooming Days is pastel coral and Valley Lily looks nude in the pan. They both swatch brighter and more vivid on my skin.
There is also no shimmer, so matte and blurring effect is applied.

They are different shades but on me, since I apply them lightly not so much. Both bring brightness to my face but not too much difference is visible.

I like the packaging even though it is bulky, I also like the shades but I wish they would have sateen finish. I am always up for some glow :)

Plop

 Hello,

for today I have picked another lip tint. AT the time this was the only shade available and I went with it not realising how bright the shade is.

It is Too cool for school Water Floating Pleur tint in the shade Plop (this name is too funny, I even started using this word when I put my glass down a little too hard ;).

This shade is really bright and pink/red toned. It looks like a vivid watermelon but can be a bit sheered out, maintaining the brightness.

I love the glossy effect of this tint. The shine is mirror like and lasts for around one and a half hour on my lips but if I drink it wipes the gloss, eating removes most of the color as well.

There is no scent or taste with these, which is refreshing and different from others. I like a good scent but sometimes I get sick of the same old scent (that happens especially when I am trying to pan and finish a certain product).

Stain is sheer and not much color remains.

I absolutely love the shine on my Plop but wish that the shade would be more toned down. I did looked at what other shades are available at the moment and I think I found one that is paler and would suit me, fingers crossed that it will not sold out. While looking at what Too cool for school offers I might find some other products as well...

Golden Rose and Greige Pupa shadows

 Hello,

I finally got some of these liquid eye shadows. I have been eyeing them for a while and I really hopped that they will be creaseless. I am also eyeing one matte shade.

These are Pupa Milano Vamp Liquid Eyeshadows both in sparkle variations (they also have matte options) in 002 Golden Rose and 010 Greige. Shade names are pretty self explanatory.

Wand is kind of stubby and squared off. This wand belongs to Greige and here it shows the true color, it is a bit more cool toned than on my swatches.

I purchased them because I wanted them ever since release and these two are getting discontinued, so I figured that this was my last chance. If I will liked them I figure I can always get that coveted matte version.

These can be worn just like light shimmers or 'full on' like on my swatches so the base colors show up. I prefer to wear them shimmery and not like these swatches. Wearing them full on they crease on me but shimmer particles cover that up so it is not super visible.
It is my personal choice, I just prefer shimmer all over but in a subtle way :)

Rose Gold has pink base with golden sparkles so worn sheer is just golden shimmer that is visible with a tiny bit of silver ones. Greige has mostly silver shimmers a bit of golden sparkles thrown in the mix. Rose Gold also has slightly bigger shimmers opposed to Greige.

I am still fascinated by them but they are not super longlasting on my (oily lids). Now I am contemplating getting the matte one, these shimmery ones at least camouflage creasing with shimmers while full on mattes can't.

I like them but are not my absolute favorites. I don't apply them straight to the lid but first on the back of my hand and then I am 'picking' the pigment with the brush so I have to wash my hand afterward as well and there has to be a bit of rubbing to get it off. When compared to powder, I just pick them with the brush and apply. I feel like these are a bit messier for me but if they would last all day I wouldn't mind.

NOTD

 Hello,

I am still painting my nails but my color obsession toned down. Now I usually just wear something clear or milky. Light, barely there nails are my current mood and I don't feel the itch to change that anytime soon.

Here it is Catrice more than nude nail polish in the shade Roses are Rosy. I purchased it online and it arrived without the plastic square lid that usually comes on top. I don't know what happened but I don't care. The nail polish came undamaged and that lid is just top, it has no function.

I used two coats and it gave me this milky pale off white look, in the bottle there is slight pink tone but on my nails is more cream than anything else.

It gives me polished look without trying too hard. I sometimes add clear top coat, here there is none and it is glossy and sort of clean looking.

Mine bottle is half empty but fortunately this type of shades are always popular and always in stock so when mine runs out I can get some more.

Juicy Tubes in Marshmallow Electro and Spring Fling

 Hello,

I have seen the popularity in these Lancôme lip glosses and when the site had a sale on them I picked two up (I always find it so hard to pick just one shade, no matter the item).

These are Lancôme Juicy Tubes original shiny lip glosses, I never had them in the 90' so I can't compare with the old formula but I wonder why they put original on the tubes and boxes? I dig in and found that they are supposed to actually have original formula, they did not tweak it. They come in yummy scented flavours in three finishes: sparkly, creamy and jelly. Each tube holds 15 ml of product.

I picked Marshmallow Electro which is shimmery and second is Spring Fling and I believe it is in the jelly formula (pretty sheer, creamy ones are more pigmented).

Marshmallow Electro is sheer pink with golden shimmer and Spring Fling is quite bright (on my photo it looks more pastel).
They both have super sweet bubblegum scent that I adore. I expected to be different but I am not mad that they smell the same because eI really like it.

Marshmallow Electro comes out super shimmery, base color does not translate and Spring Fling gives a little color if applied a lot. On me it is mostly clear but again, if this color that I see in the tube would translate on the lips it would be so hard to wear, nearly impossible. I wish it would have a little smidge more pigment but I can always wear lipstick underneath and make it more obvious.

They weren't kidding when they were describing them as super glossy and juicy. This shine is gorgeous and for someone who loves lips glosses in tubes these are great. They create full on mirror shine and last. On me these hold up for two hours. After one and a half hours gloss started to fade, so it wasn't super mirror like but still shiny. It is not sticky and feels cushion like on the lips (not thin like oil) and I love the bright and shimmery options I picked, they are super wearable and I can apply them on the go. Scent is awesome and I wouldn't mind if more brands would have more bubblegums and sweet scents opposed to the minty and cooling ones.

I am eyeing two more shades as of now and if they will get on sale I might pick them up, not that I need more but these are that good :)

Gray Rose and Smoked Pink blushes

 Hello,

I have to admit that this brand has some nice looking packaging, viewing online. I don't have access to this brand to see items in person and there also isn't many reviews or photos floating around. I choose two blushes because once again for me it is so hard to narrow it down to just one.

They are Colorrose Jewelry Series Western Antique Blush in Gray Rose and Smoked Pink. Each hold 6,8 g of product and they are very big. One covers my entire palm and they are super thick.

The packaging reminds me of my antique brooch, I like the pearl as an opening clasp.

The inside resembles the outside and engraving is pretty high.
Gray Rose looks a bit more grey than on the photo but on my skin it is brown with some warmth to it. More bronzer like than contour as I hoped for.
Smoked Pink is pale pink  and pretty light. Both are matte.

I think here the Gray Rose looks pretty realistic, warm toned rosy brown. I like to use it as a bronzer.
Smoked Pink is pale on me but it does shows on my cheeks. I like putting highlighter on top to make it a bit more visible and glowy.

I am starting to get short on room and these take a lot, still I find the packaging beautiful. Gray Rose is a lovely bronzer while Smoked Pink is very pale and if I could swatch it beforehand I would not buy it.
Formula on these is powdery and that will help me use up these a bit faster.

I probably will not be getting any more of these blushes but are still nice.

Seafoam Glow, Shell Heart and Lunar Jelly lip glazes

 Hello,

more FlowerKnows lip glosses for today. They are pretty to look at but the formula on them is really catered to my taste.

They are FlowerKnows Shell's Jewel Collection of Nourishing Lip Glazes. Here is the full blue line of gloses, all are supposed to fall in the cool toned category. In order they are Seafoam Glow, Shell Heart and Lunar Jelly.

Beautiful shell with the pearl on top is the star but I am still so very scared that it will fall off.

Packaging is pretty but bulky, these hold 4,8 ml of product. Tubes look like there should be at least 10 ml of gloss.

Applicators are slightly tilted but otherwise pretty normal sized. They have that signature sweet/sour grape scant that I love so very much.

Seafoam Glow is described as ash rose and while it is rosy it does have some muted tones in it to tone it down and prevent any brightness.
Shell Heart is in the middle and brand describes it as strawberry cream. While this one is also pink it has bright tones mixed in it and makes a little more impact with the shade.
Last is Lunar Jelly and this one does not have base color but instead it is filled with tiny blue shimmers (I see this trend everywhere, Asian brands predominately love adding blue shimmers.

They are very glossy and very sheer. The difference between first two shades worn on the lips is minimal (I tried them bot at the same time each on one half of my lips) so even though one is brighter on the lips this color seen on the swatches fades.

I love the scent and how sheer they are, for me this isn't the negative but a plus. A lot of lip glosses now comes with very pigmented colors and they are hard to maintain on the go or they start dripping or outside in the wind hair get stuck on them are leave colorful marks all over cheeks (happen to me with a bright pink and very longlasting formula while having coffee with my friend who did not tell me about it).

Personaly I don't buy clear lip gloss because they are not visually stimulating enough, I would much rather  buy a lip gloss that looks like there is some color even though they look clear on the lips. The only exception is for 'fixing' some of more pigmented ones. Let me explain, I have some lip glosses that I find a bit too pigmented but I still nice, what if I would have clear one and somehow pour a little bit of the pigmented one into it? To make it more sheer?
This idea is still in developing but I am thinking about it... however these FlowerKnows glosses don't need that sort of 'fixing'.
