Peony Skin

 Hello,

I have a soft spot for neutral eyeshadows, the lighter/closer to my skintone the better. I know I have too many already but the hunt for the perfect palette continues... usually palettes don't have enough shimmers for me. I love shimmery shadows :)

It is Amuse Eye Color Palette in Peony Skin. This one appeal to me the most but also it was the only one available ;)

I love the neutral light shades with some shimmer and glitter, I never get really immersed with all matte shadows, there has to be some glimmer to peak my interest.
Most of these shades have slight peachy-rosy tone to them while one is cool toned taupe.

First shade is odd, it is called Pearl Beam and it is balm with shimmers. I did not expect balmy texture, I thought that this palette included powders only.
Second Peony Angel is matte with random shimmer, there is sheer color and since it is paler than my skin it gives me that mood look.
Third is named Blush and it is more ivory than the first shade and matte. It is also sheer but with color payoff, it makes my skin a bit lighter but not too pigmented to look stark. This one and previous shade look very similar on my skin, the main difference is the shimmer.

Blooming is nude with a peach tone with very small shimmer, it is almost sateen finish. It gives my lids just a bit of gentle shade and a bit of glow.
In the middle is Peony Love. This one is special because of the mix of two shades. Honestly I just mix them together, tone is slightly deeper than the shade before.
Last in a row is white/peach toned shade with irregular particles named Jewel Glitter. It is very shiny and reflective.

I love that they included grey toned taupe and named it Pink Taupe. I am a sucker for this type of shades, this tone and intensity are just right for my lid to be defined in a cool way.
Next is Dazzling, warm toned sparkly shade. This one is smoother than Jewell Glitter, it gives more uniformed look and it is warmer in tone.
Adorable is the darkest shade and it adds some depth to the eyes and it leans warm.

Overall they are light and lean warm but they are not orange or red toned which just isn't what I like. I prefer cool tones but this one is peachy and that works for me. Light and slightly peachy is great for me and the more I wear these shades the more I love them.

First creamy shade looks pretty but since it creases I like to put it on top of my lipstick and wear it on my lips. Next is Peony Angel, creamy white with shimmers and then very similar Blush shade which has no shimmer and is not as stark as a previous shade.
I think I could do without the cream shade Pearl Beam (I wish palette would have white/silver shimmery shade instead) but the other two shades in first line are lovely and I love them.

In the corner there is Blooming (light peach with shimmer) and then there is Peony Love. The only split pan in the palette and here it looks much darker than the previous shade but I use a lighter hand and it is not as dark. It has no shimmer and it is a nice matte to apply all over the lid.
Last in line is Jewel Glitter and here it has almost a mirror like glow. Here I applied it a lot, on my eyes I wear it more in a modest way, more individual glitter than a full layer of glow. I love that it isn't super warm toned.

Only true cool toned shade is Pink Taupe and in some light there is some rosy tones, it is not just your typical grey. It is matte but not dry looking. I love it as an all over the lid shade. Dazzling can be super reflective or if applied more with a dab it can look sparkly. Particles here are all even looking opposed to Jewell Glitter where particles are irregular. Last is Adorable which is the deepest and it almost looks creamy and not powdery dry at all.

I love how all the shades look together and how much I can do with them. I love barely there shadow look on myself and this palette satisfy me more than I thought it would. There are still fun shades thrown in the mix so I don't find this palette to be boring.
The only shade that I don't love is the creamy one, if it would be up to me I would swap it for something else. All the other shades are lovely and different from each other.
I am glad that I picked up this palette since I love the shades and they are very easy to work with.

Peach Bunny & Dew Boksoonga

 Hello,

these cute daisies were on my mind for a while now and when I saw them on sale I pulled the trigger. Usually these are on the more expensive side of spectrum and every bit of sale helps to save my poor wallet.

They are Amuse Dew Tints in Peach Bunny (bottom) and Dew Boksoonga (top). In the packaging they look different but that is plastic lined from inside, I will not be able to see the product or how far down I am. In a way I would prefer a see through bottle but like so it looks more uniformed and sleek.

Applicators are a bit wider and tapered at the end for a better precision. Formula is on the liquid side and a little goes a long way. After a few minutes it gets glossier but it never reaches that high shine that I love so much.
Scent is acidic fruity, I like it but it is also a bit faint and while on the lips I can't smell it but I can taste it if I lick my lips.

What surprised me a lot is how similar shades are. First few seconds they are different but as the minutes go by they turn into each other.
Description on their site reads that Peach Bunny is natural peach/pink and Dew Boksoonga in neutral peach. I noticed that when freshly applied Peach Bunny has slight vibrancy to it while Dew Boksoonga is more muted but only after a few minutes the difference disappear and they look alike. I even wore them together, one on each side of my lips and no one could tell that they are actually two different shades.

I now wish to pick more mauve shade which was also on my list, but I decided to pick these two because they looked lighter and more wearable for day to day wear.

They stain evenly and pretty strong after just a short amount of time (to make stain swatches I wiped off the shine after about 15 min).

I like the cute packaging, shades are nice even though almost the same. Scent/taste is nice but I wish they would have high shine. Tint is strong, even and long lasting which is a huge plus but I don't know if I would buy more shades.
They are nice  but not catered to my own personal taste. I think I have some other tints which also give me super shine and since that is what I prefer at the moment I will probably refrain from buying more.

Boksoonga Jelly

 Hello,

I finally got this Amuse lippie. I was eyeing this line for a while and choosing one shade was difficult. I decided to get one of the lighter shades.

It is Amuse Jel-Fit Tint in Boksoonga Jelly (I just learned that this word means Peach Jelly in Korean, now I need to learn how to pronounce it correctly. In my language Boksoonga sounds similar to barefoot, so now in my mind this shade is locked as Barefoot Peach :).

It really has a peach tone and that was what attracted me in the first place. Applicator is a bit elongated and I find it to be precise enough.
It has a fresh fruity grape scant, it is not very strong and it is pleasant.

It swatches peachy but on my slightly reddish lips it turns a bit more coral. Color looks very natural on me. I wish it would be glossier and that the shine would last for longer. Shine lasts for around 20 min and then it leaves a stain.

I like the different packaging, shade is super pretty and I like the scent. For my liking this formula isn't glossy enough (I personally prefer shinier tints) and I also wish the glow would last for longer.

Tint is even and does last for hours, so formula overall is nice.

Big purchase no. 5

 Hello,

here is another part of my big purchase and what is jet to come. I think I am the most excited for lippies.

I can't wait to try all Rom&nd new shades of Glasting Color Glosses in Nutty Vague, Cream Shell, Rose Finch and Dim Mauve. I already have three shades and I love them all, I will see if among these there is my new favorite shade.

Relatively big palettes are JudyDoll Pink Dew-Shine 6 color palettes in Pink Coral and Peach Soda. Shadows in two larger pans could be used on the face as well and there is also one super glittery shade for accentuating. Shades look pale but still very promising.

Little black tube is Lancôme Hypnose mascara. I already had one and I really liked it, I know how expensive these are so when I saw one for cheap I purchased it even if it is a little one. It still lasted me a long time the last time I had it.

Last but not least is Amuse Jel Fit tint is Boksoonga Jelly. I was super curious about it and there were a few shades I was interested in and because I already picked up so many items I decided to get only one, to try out. if I end up liking it I can always get more.

New package no.1

Hello,

my next order arrived and there are mostly super exciting items included :)

Top is Colorgram fruity glass tint Peach Bana. I love this pinky peach base with shimmers and I can't wait to try it out. The name also fits me to a T. It also came with a clicker (I use it to annoy my boyfriend ;), I know he secretly loves it :)

I picked two Amuse sets. One is pink shade is White Boksoonga gloss and another is peachy Honey Boksoonga with two mini Jel-fit tints. I hear awesome things about Amuse so I wanted to try it out myself. If I understand minis are tints layered first and to prolong the shine I should add gloss on top, I can't wait to try them out.

Lastly there are three limited edition Zoe & Friends Rom&nd items. First two are Glasting melting balms one in Pink Jelly (the outer color is gray and there is something so excited to try it on the lips) and Daisy Jelly. I already tried this formula and it is gorgeous, I feel like these two will not be last. Lastly there is Glasting color gloss in Joy Berry (here only the packaging is gray and the gloss inside is in such a lively shade. Again, this formula is already something I have tried and I know I will like it a lot.

Out of all these I really don't know which one to try out first, I think i will gamble to determine which one will be first in order ;)

Pink Diamond

Hello,

this was a highly anticipated product for me. I envisioned soft pink glow to come out of it and I hoped it will be everything I hopped for.

Here it is Amuse Face Diamond in Pink Diamond shade. As far as I know this is the only shade available and it looks pretty pink with almost a bit of peach tint in it. I was expecting a beautiful sateen finish since there is no particles visible in the pan.

Nothing in here sparkles and I thought that this would have pinky base with a sateen finish, great as a blush toper or just worn alone to bring some color back to my face with lovely glow.

This Pink Diamond swatches very different. On the skin it is rather golden and sparkles, it is actually made of shimmer when I see it up close.
For me this is a bit too sparkly and I don't love to wear it on my cheeks. I mostly wore it as an eyeshadow.

I first tried to made a 'hard' swatch and then blend it out to show individual sparkles. No matter what I do it is still predominately golden. Applied with brush it has a hint of pink in there but too little for my camera to pick it up.

On the photo below there is a finger swatch and there you can see a bit of pink base with golden glow. I think pink base doesn't transfer, it stays on the finger if applied with it. My eyelid looked slightly more pink when applied with the brush opposed to the other side applied with a finger.

It is nice if you like this type of golden, sparkling highlighter. For me this is merely golden eyeshadow and I don't even love gold on my eyes.
I am still thinking if I should keep it or give it to my sister to try it out.

Shopping basket no. 4

 Hello,

this is the last part of my package and there are so many products. I realise that I went overboard but hopefully I will at least like these products and use them up.

In the top left corner there is another FlowerKnow eye shadow palette, this one from Midsummer Fairytales embossed five color make-up palette in the neutral Hazel Fawn option.

Underneath in a cream bottle is Etude Nymph aura volumer face primer. It is supposed to make my skin super glowy and I can't wait to try it out or bare skin and under my foundation. I hope it is not to sparkly.

Next is another and last for now FlowerKnows Midsummer Fairytales coating lip lacquer in Bluebell. It is supposed to be super glossy lip gloss and I live for glossy lips.

Going back to the top, in a yellow tube is A'pieu Honey & Milk lip oil with cute little bees. I hope this item is predominately hydrating and will heal my dry, cracked lips.

In the gradient cream to pink tube is Peripera Ink Mood Glowy Tint from their Lucky Lottery collection in Cooling Pink shade. I really like their glow tints and hopefully this shade will be amazing.

Below is my free gift with purchase Laka Fruity Glam Tint in the shade Caffeine Rose. I did not chose the product or the shade so deep brown would not be my first pick but I will remain openminded and I will try it out.

Big nine pan eye shadow palette is Amuse eye color palette in Peony Skin variant. Just a bunch of neutrals with some pretty looking glitters. I can't wait to dig in.

In the floral case there is Cezanne Pear Glow cheek in Beige Coral. I feel like the name really well describes this shade. It looks super pretty and the glow is charming.

Last four items are two sets from Pudaier. Each set includes lip pencil, lipstick and a sharpener, on is in the Cream Cloud (neutral tone) and second one is in Scorpio Coming version (more red).

Asian haul no.1

 Hello,

I couldn't resist and I made another purchase from the same Asian store and I got a bunch of Asian brands, mostly make-up products :)

Since this box was so full I had to split it into three posts

In the white box is Joocyee smokey glazed gloss in Woody Rosy. I still can't get over their cool packaging.

Under is Amuse Face Diamond in Pink Diamond shade (I think it is the only shade available), it looks very glittery, will see if this will look good on my cheeks. I have feeling that it will be more of an eye shadow for me.

In the long box is Bbia over glaze stick in Taro Glaze. A cool toned grape shade that I have been eying for a while now and I am super excited to try it out.

Over it is Cosrx lip sleep full fit propolis lip sleeping mask. They had an event with free gifts if I spent enough money and you can be sure I did ;) When I saw this lip mask was in stock I grabbed it. It has propolis in the name and I hope it smells like it (I haven't opened it jet, I am giving myself some time and not to overwhelm myself by opening and trying everything out at the same time).

Next to it is Heart Percent dote on mood top coating lip plumper in option Mood Changer. They have this line of top coats (the packaging still makes me think it is nail polish) for lips to apply them over other lippies to change tones. Mine is in deep sheer grape color and it is supposed to make everything cool toned, I can't wait to try it out.

On top is my free gift from Fwee. It is lip & cheek blurry pudding pot in shade Faded. I could not choose my shade but I quite like it. The matte formula is not something I would pick myself but since it was free I will give it a go

Two big items on the side are Girlcult Four great inventions series emotion blushers in Leave Blank and True Color. Honestly one of them looks more like a highlighter but I have to try them out. These also have cool packaging and I am eying for more.

Last item is House of Hur glow ampoule tint in Ginger (I actually ordered two shades but the other one was sold out so only this one arrived). It is a lovely nude shade and I am excited to try it out since I am on a hunt for a longlasting tint for my lips.
