Flortte Pink Crystal

 Hello,

a little while ago I found these lipsticks (half of collection has black packaging other half is this pale pink) and I was interested since these are supposed to be glossy. I wanted to get a soft pink shade but I think I picked the wrong one...

It is Flortte Sea Pearl lipstick in the shade 01 Pink Crystal (on website it looks cool toned pink with shimmers, second shade looks similar but lighter) but if you check swathes mine isn't pink, I wonder how the shade 02 Veiled Crystal looks like.

It is rather peach toned with multicolored shimmer in it. In the bullet it looks gritty but on the lips it is smooth and I can't feel the particles.

Scent reminds me of a toothpaste, thankfully it is light and after a few minutes on the lips I can't even detect it. 

It has a smooth formula and plenty of shine, this lovely gloss lasts for 1,5 hours which I find very good. There is just a tad of peach tone and if I apply too much from the start it can look milky, a little goes a long way and it lasts very well.

Once the gloss is gone the shimmers remain and if I put a coat of clear balm over it it continues to sparkle which I like a lot, I have not noticed any random shimmers traveling around my face.

I really like the formula and nice shine, I did not expect this color and toothpaste scent is a bit odd but I would still get some more shades. I will look into it but I know I should not be getting more lippies...

new lippies

my lates colorful and summery purchase arrived a few days ago. I have received also two clips, one is shell and another one is starfish, very Summer like :) 

I picked up two more Muzigae Mansion Icy Glow lip glosses in Better and Breezy. On my photo they look a bit orange, in reality they are both rosy. First is reddish rosy and second is a tad lighter, more coral. I like their slightly green rose scent, pigmentation is not on a super sheer side but still lighter pigmented and they wear beautifully on the lips. I felt that the rosy tones would be great in the Autumnal weather.

Next in a black packaging is my free gift with purchased which I have already tried and posted. It is another Muzigae Mansion item and this one is rosy glitter, for the cheeks it is a bit too sparkly but for the eyes I think it is perfect. I can't find this item to be sold which I think is a bit of a shame, it has wet texture which sets quickly and does not move.

The two sticks are Dasique Melting Candy Balms, I tried to pick the more modest shades and decided to get Apple Cinnamon and Sugar Plum, I hope they are not too bright. I hope they are just as glossy as presented. With purchase of these two I received the two hair clips. Starfish is easier to grip but they look lovely in my hair. I will save them for a warmer weather.

I decided to finally try the Laka Soul Vegan Lip Balm in the shade Rosy. These don't get much press and I wondered if they are really bad or just lost among the many awesome products this brand makes? I guess I will try it out soon enough :)

I purchased another Laka Bonding Glow Lipstick, I really like this formula and when I saw that this Mito shade (deeper nude) was in stock I grabbed it. I wanted this one for a while now :)

Last from Laka is their Jelling Nude Gloss in the shade Grape Ring, it was also a free gift with purchase. I think I already have one from this line but at the moment I can't find it... At the end I gladly purchased two items to get this one for free, it is a lip gloss and I love glosses ;)

On the bottom there are two more Unleashia Berry Shot Lip Tints in Peachy Peach and White Berry. I already have one and I like it so much that getting two more seemed like a good idea.

Then there are two Unleashia Sunset Dazzle Gloss Balms. I initially wanted some of the muted nude shades and the lavender but since those were not available I picked yellow tube which is Waikiki, clear shade but applies slightly yellow. Thought that since I really like this formula I could use this one at night to go to bed and there was also a promise of a free balm... I did not know which shade they would send and unfortunately it was Ibiza. Lovely shade but I already have it and it will take me forever to get through so I am giving this one to my sister and clear one will stay with me for now.

New package no. 1

I did another damage to my wallet, there were so many items in my shopping cart that I purchased them before they would be sold out.

First eye shadow palette is Bbia Ready to Wear Palette in Nude Brush and second below is Warm Beige. They looked similar to one of my favorite 2aN palette, not exactly color wise but the palettes looked like the same format and I wanted to see how they compare.

Silver bullet is Dinto Overload Lip Glaze Cendrillion Collection in the shade Valse. On the model this one looked like a juicy coral shade and something I would wear with joy, fingers crossed that it will look the same on me.

Next is AOU Glowy Tint Balm in the option Mulberry Balm. I really wanted to try out these potted balms and this shade looked like Winter time and I am excited.

Another Dinto is Deep-Kissed Plumping Lip Enamel from Peter & Wendy Collection in the shade Lovesick Bell. I had a hard time choosing the shade so I picked the cheapest to try out. If I will like it then I will get some other ones as well :)

Cat in the boots is too funny and I kept the product hidden inside. I think I will keep the box to make me smile. Inside is Dinto Blur-Jelly Plumping Lip Tint from Le Chat Botte Colection and I picked Muhly Gelee shade, it is supposed to be soft pink.

Pink tube next to it is Peripera Ink Glasting Lip Gloss in long anticipated shade Love Of Fate. I was craving this light, pastel pink for so long and when it was in stock I had to get it. I already love the formula and on all the photos this looked like the perfect baby pin shade, I just know I will love it.

Bright tube is another Dinto, this one is from Frozen Lip jelly Snedronningen Collection and I choose Kai shade. It looked like a bright coral shade and I am picky when it comes to corals plus I don't think I have enough of them :)

Last is curvy Heart Percent Dote on Mood Over Melting gloss in rich Nudy Cocoa color. I like all of the products I tried from them and when I saw they have lip glosses I had to pick one shade to try them out. I picked brown/nude to prepare for rich Autumnal weather.

Spring Peach & Cherry Blossom lipsticks

I know packaging isn't enough to go into shopping spree but look at these two, they are beautiful.

These pastel beauties are Joocyee Crystal Jelly Mirror Lipsticks in Spring Peach and Cherry Blossom. They were advertised as transfer proof lipsticks and that information got me hooked plush the pretty packaging.

Even the outer packaging is pretty and well thought. Little string goes around the circle and taht holds the box together, so nice and different.

I love the watercolor effect and the tube isn't smooth so it is important to put the lid back on with the golden tooth and Joocyee name together otherwise there will be a rough ridge.

Shades are unexpectedly similar, Spring Peach should be peachier while Cherry Blossom should be more pink, instead they are both in the red territory. 

There is no scent to them but what made me upset is the fact that these print on my cup. Not just the glos but the pigment as well...

They have lovely shine, not super glossy but glossier than regular lipsticks, pigment is buildable.

Spring Peach looks like a red base with neutral nude thrown in the mix, it is not vivid like the next shade.

Cherry Blossom is bright red in the neutral zone. If applied with one or two coats red pigment isn't as intense but there is also a bit less glow.

I like the Spring Peach shade more than Cherry Blossom. Longevity is more than one hour and I like the gloss but I just can't get around how different they looked on photos. I think I will keep only one and pass the other one to my sister, I think she will appreciate the shiny lipstick.

Pink Ocean & Diamond Sea

for today I have two pretty pink balms/lipsticks. I love the lovely packaging but I was hopping that the product inside would be exceptional.

They are Joocyee Long-Lasting Glossy Rouge in Pink Ocean and Diamond Sea. I love that the packaging is slightly different color so it is easy to separate them without opening.

They are click operated and they do not roll back. Each holds 3 g of product.

In the packaging they look pretty similar only the glitter separates them. Each base looks more reddish nude than pink.

Glitter is multicolored and there is a lot of it but on the lips I feel like it looks more modest. Sparkles add to the overall glow and it does not look just shimmer.

Each swatch was made with three layers to uniform the color.

Pink Ocean is a bit more red on me while Diamond Sea is a bit paler with sparkles. There is no scent or taste to them.

They start glossy but don't create that lovely mirror like finish. Color does not stay put, it transfers on my cups or glass. 

They have pretty good longevity, shine stays for more than one and a half hours, it is not super glossy, not even at the beginning but I like that it lasts, on the other hand it gets a little sticky towards the end. It feels like the water evaporates and only the pigment and glitter particles remain and that substance get a bit heavy. I can see myself using them at least the shimmery option but probably I will not be buying more shades. This odd feeling after 2 hours is weird and unpleasant.

On Cloud Nude

I have the same lipstick I purchased before, this one is just in the different shade. 

It is Essence Glossy Glaze high shine lipstick in the shade On Cloud Nude. Name was written on the sticker which I removed in order to open... now I had to check online to remember the name.

Opening is quite wide for a lipstick, especially for my thin lips. Scent is light and fruity.

Shade is peachy nude and I was scared that it would be too warm but it is saved by the formula. It has slightly sheer base and my natural lip shade comes through, mostly on the edge. My natural lip color is visible as lip liner and inside is filled with this paler shade.

It has glossy glaze in the name and there is shine, more than in the usual lipstick. I am all about the glow and light pigment but this one has decent pigmentation and it can also be build up.

I like the shade and the glow. On the lips it feels like a lip balm.

Now I have two shades and I really like this line, these are the kind of lipsticks I like, I wish there would be a bit more longevity but I would not sacrifice the glow for it so I guess it is fine.

I will watch out this line if they get any more interesting shades. I am craving sheer plum shade, to cool down my natural lip color.

Birchleaf Peach, Peachy Aqua and Cardamom

I recently made a big purchase of FlowerKnows products, obviously I had to put some of these glossy lipsticks into my basket as well.

I picked up FlowerKnows Butterfly Cloud Collar Collection Glossy Lipsticks in Birchleaf Peach, Peachy Aqua and Cardamom. Each lipstick holds 3,5 g of product.

Packaging is very heavy and details on each tube are exceptional.  There is some scent present but very faint, it reminds me of Caramel the most.

Honestly, when I opened these up shades surprised me a lot because they all look very different from promo photos.

First is Birchleaf Peach and it is more burnt orange than peach to me, I can sheer it out but warmth remains.

In the middle is Peachy Aqua, very bright and cool toned vivid pink shade. I see no peach. This shade is more up my alley and I wear it more often than the previous shade.

Last is Cardamom and it reminds me of dried rose shade. This one surprisingly looks amazing on me and it slowly became my favorite. It seems to match my natural color the most and I like that. It makes my lips more even and glossy.

The shine on these is amazing, I think these are the glossiest lipsticks that I have tried. High shine last for about 1h 20 min and then it starts fading. Around 2h mark the formula gets a bit sticky. While it is shiny it is smooth like butter, when it starts drying it changes. There is slight stick to it, I find it a bit annoying but it does not upset me that much to prevent me from wearing them.

Packaging is beautiful, and I had semi luck with these shades. I can tell that Birchleaf Peach will get the least wear, Peachy Aqua will look amazing in the scorching Summer and Cardamom is my everyday lip. Formula is amazing, just what I like about, if they would fix the slight stick they would be perfect.

Big shopping spree no. 2

this is the second part of my haul and it bares some exciting new products.

Today I wanted to start with the two boxes. They are Flortte Special Edition Heart- shaped Lipsticks in Hakimi. I purchased them as a set but they came wrapped individually, each in its own box. This is a lipstick with a balm feel (I consider it more like a lip balm) and I already have this one in nude and in pink shade. I prefer to use the nude one so I decided to get this duo for my backups. I will open and use them once I finish my first Hakimi shade.

Thise Hince lip stains are super popular and among so many shades that they offer I had difficulties picking only one shade so I narrow it down to four :) I picked Hince Raw Glow Gel Tints in Bare, Rare, Raw Grape and Chai. I wanted to get lighter, barely there shades from this line to try out, but there is so many that look super cute and it really was hard for me to pick.

I picked a moisturiser from them and I have receive this Belif Super Knits Multi Vitamin Lipcerin lip balm for free. I believe it is full sized 15 ml bottle. It has air fit packaging and I can see myself using it at night time. They recommend to use it also on dry patches all over my body so I think it will be one of those thicker, vaseline like product. When I will finish my current two lip balms that I am using I might start with this one. 

Next are three pretty heavy lipsticks from FlowerKnows Butterfly Cloud Collar Collection Glossy Lipsticks in the shades Peachy Aqua (pink), Birchleaf Pear (blue) and Cardamom (pink). These three looked like the shades I would enjoy the most, their claim and swatches of glossiness convinced me that this formula is worth trying out for me.

On top there are two more FlowerKnows Unicorn Embossed Powder Blushes in Snowy Pearl and Unripe Peach. I thought that these two were shimmery in a modest way, to be a mix of blush and highlighter because that is my favorite finish on my cheeks and if the blush already has integrated glow than I can skip one step completely.

Agnes Grey

my love for discovering new Dinto lip products continues, I am really impressed with their lippies.

This is Dinto Bronte Melting Lip Balm in the shade 307 Agnes Grey. It is housed in a sleek black elongated packaging with only the brand name indented on the side, thankfully there is a sticker at the bottom with the full name (sometimes there is only a number and with the amount of lip product I own at the moment it is hard to remember them all).

It holds 1,7 g of product which isn't a lot.

I love the shade, for me this is the perfect neutral pink shade and lightness is just right for my skin tone. I like a good pink lip but I am super picky when it comes to tones and this one is definitely one if not my favorite pink.

There is no shimmer and it glides like butter.

Scent is very light, something between rose and fruit scent.

Applied with a few coats reveals the shine, snd barely there shade. My lips have slight red tone so the color shows up a bit more opposed to this swatch on my arm. 

Intense shine lasts for around 20 min and then fades into more balm like glow - no complaints there.

It looks somehow juicy and I love that, color transfer on my cup but a good portion still remains on my lips and even after one and a half hours when the glow is gone the pink tone remains on my lips. It does not stain but drinking does not completely removes the pigment. Other story is with eating, reapplying is a  must.

I like the sleek packaging, barely there scent, shine and shade. I love that it is longlasting and the moisturising properties are present. I would love to pick more shades and perhaps get a backup of this one.

I think it is a nice hybrid between lip balm and a lipstick and the shade is just perfect.

Bunny Hop

this one was so high on my wish list but when I purchased it I was almost scared to use it. I was afraid to be disappointed and then I rather just skip it. I am glad that I finally picked it up since it is very nice lippie.

It is Rom&nd Sheer Tinted Stick in Bunny Hop. This stick is long and holds 2g of product. I was debating between this one and the mauve one.

Packaging is beautiful, I really like the gradient effect and the top is somewhat different. It is not smooth but like a broken granite, uneven with their logo. I noticed that I constantly touch this part. It is perfect to rest my finger in there :)

Shade is medium pink without any shimmers, shade is nice but it does not look extra glossy...

On the skin the story is different. It is sheer but it can be build up. Shade is medium pink, not warm and also not cool. Very beautiful and it looks natural if I go slightly over my lip line, shine is nice, it could be glossier but after around thirty minutes it fades and only the pigment remains. It is not a stain, it still prints on my coffee mug but it is even and it wears off evenly.

I love the packaging, shade and the shine, I only wish the gloss would last a bit longer. Remaining pigment on the lips is beautiful, even and last long even if I drink. I would get more shades form this line, especially the mauve one.

Rosy Taupe

for today I have a lipstick tube since it has been a while since I wore one.

It is Etude Color Lasting Glow Stick lipstick in the shade Rosy Taupe. Packaging is rather large but I find it really nice with its gradient coloring.

Shade is more rosy than taupe and in the bullet it looks dark... I was pretty scared at this point. I prefer to wear lighter shades, more pink or nude but at this point I have almost completely abandon lipsticks. It has been quite a while I wore one so I wanted to get back with something glossy and sheer as presented in promo but I was not expecting rosy red shade.

It has a light floral scent, a bit different but not unpleasant.

It has this darkened red tone but at the same time it looks sheer and very glossy. Here I put on a lot on top and then sheer it out towards the bottom. applied lightly shade just kind of melts into my lips. It gives them freshness without being too much. With a light coat it does not stand out too much I just get that healthy looking glow (it is a bit less pronounced if applied lightly). 

I really like the packaging (it clicks with a satisfying click), shade looks scary in the tube but on my lips it looks pretty natural and I love the shine. Floral scent does not bother me but I can see myself getting sick of it (I think I prefer warmer vanilla or fruity scent in my lip products).

This lipstick totally got me by surprise and took me to an unexpected rollercoaster. 

There is another shade, named Pink Wish that got my attention now after I tried this one...

Above & Beyond

for today I have these shiny lip balms, packaging is nice but fingertip prints are soon all over :)

These two silver mirror like tubes are Oddtype Unseen Due Glow Balms. When I was picking shades I had to get these two and nothing else. They are Above & Beyond :) Cool right?

Above & Beyond are pink and red shades, each holds 4,6g of product.

There is slight candy cane scent to them, a bit sweet and on the lips there is slight coolness, no tingle though and I love that.

A lot of Asian lip products that I tried now are ether cooling and minty of fruity grapey scents, I prefer the later but these are slightly different and they feel like a breath of fresh air.

None of the shades holds any shimmer but they are glossy. For me these are lipstick and lip balm hybrids but buildable. Above is more sheer but Beyond has more pigment and builds up faster.

Above is first and shade is on the sheer side of pink. This can look very natural or slightly cool toned pink. I love this shade on me and I can apply it also without a mirror.

Above is swatched second and it is brighter red, more pigmented but the glossy level is the same. This one is not save to be applied without a mirror. 

Shine starts fading after 30 min and it leaves a bit of coloring behind. Pigment transfers on the glass after drinking but not as much as expected. 

I am really liking these but I can see myself wearing Above way more than the more pigmented Beyond red shade.

There is also a brown shade called Bambam that I am very interested in.

Upstate and Blind Date

I was so excited to try this line that honestly I did not check much of other reviews, I wanted to see it for myself.

They are Maybelline Serum Satin lipsticks in Upstate and Blind Date. They have really nice packaging, mute beige with brand name wrapping all around them. 

I am leaning towards nude and browns at the moment so this line came out right on time. I love the slight Vanilla/Cacao scent. It is soo nice.

Upstate is mid toned slightly warm toned nude but it looks pretty natural on me, I was scared that it will be too warm but my skin tone can handle it.

Blind Date is on the red side but muted and there is some brown in the mix to tone it down. It is still a bit bright, I hopped to be more muted.

Finish is slightly shiny but I like to pat them a bit to dampen the shade and that makes them less shiny, they are very comfortable to use.

Longevity is nice and Upstate leaves an even layer behind, probably the natural looking color is also at fault while Blind Date can be a bit uneven because it so much brighter and less natural looking.

I like the formula on these and I can see myself picking some more shades but Upstate here is my favorite and Blind Date will be worn much less just because after wearing it for a while it starts looking like an unblended liner. I just need to be wary when I drink and it is not that bad but still I will reach for Upstate more often.

Floral Nude

a little while ago I wanted something extra fancy and I got myself this lipstick. I wanted to get an everyday kind of shade.

It is Guerlain KissKiss Shine Bloom lipstick in neutral Floral Nude shade. Packaging is beautiful with all these squares stacked up.

On top there is a little emblem, a really nice touch and the whole packaging feel heavy.

It has a pretty strong floral scent, some iris and powder. Once on the lips it disappears. I think it makes it different and I am not bothered by it but I do find it unusual.

In the tube it looks medium dark warm nude but swatched it is slightly different. Still on the warmer side but very sheer. I had to do quite a few layers to get this opacity.

The finish is shiny (I hopped to be glossier) and on me it looks very natural. Shade and shine wise. 

I like the packaging, shade is light and not too obviously warm and I think it suits me especially because it is so sheer :) I even like the scent. All in all I like it, It is the kind of lipstick I like but I think the price is a bit too high
