Pink Marine

 Hello,

this highlighter was in my shopping cart for months until I finally pulled the trigger. I trully believed that this one will be my favorite highlighter.

It is Espoir Tone Pairing Highlighter in the shade Pink Marine. Mine came with a little flat brush. I decided to get the pink version, one looked too gold and second too lilac.

I love this photo since the brush looks like it is photobombing :) What got my attention is the beautiful marble design and the gorgeous glow on the photos, brush was just a bonus.
After trying to apply it with the given brush the effect was underwhelming, this brush just does not pick enough product. Then I tried it with one of my larger brushes the glow was immediate and it was easy to blend.

It is mostly pink with ivory and light blue veins, I hope this look will remain even after excessive use.

Glow is pink but very cool toned one, there is some kind of violet shine added and it gives very cool toned look. I find that it looks very 'colorful' and not something I am used to it. I tried it over pink blushes and it turns them cool or my favorite way to wear it is over bronzers. Something about warm bronzey cheek and a pink glow on top makes my heart skip a beat.

There are some micro sparkles but overall it is pretty uniform glow without separate glitter particles. I like the formula and the intensity (it is not super visible but when I turn my head it glows, it is all about the placement) but I find the shade a bit odd, a little too unusual on my skin because of its violet sheen. I prefer to use it over warm bronze shades (eyes and cheek) to create unique combinations.

After finding this combo I now like it way more than at the beginning but the brush will not be staying with me, it transfers so little product that it just isn't worth it.

Thank you for reading and have a nice day
