Empties

 Hello,

this is the second part of my empties and here I am more focused o my face items with some nail polishes.

Elizavecca Aqua Hyaluronic Acid Water Drop Cream was gel based but what surprised me it wasn't clear but foggy or if I compare it with glass this one would be frosted glass. Very interesting but it still worked as gel, it was light, fast to absorb and left my skin glowy and hydrated. At times it felt a bit too little so I would incorporate some oils and it worked perfectly. I would get this one again if I can find it.

Big yellow tub is Banilla co. Clean it Zero Nourishing Cleansing Balm with Ginseng. I have use it up so long ago that I barely remember it :) I really like their balms and this one was not different, very soft balm which melts my make-up in a gentle way without leaving a trace. I picked this one to also nourish my skin and I did not noticed any difference between this one or original, I think it is just as good and I already have more of these balms ready to be used up.

Under all of the nail polishes there is Heimish Hydrogel Eye Patch with Bulgarian Rose Water. This had very strong rose scent which I loved. Patches were covered in thicker gel and it felt cooling and hydrating on the skin. I liked this one a lot but I think patches in general are a bit extra for me. I would use them on weekends when I am not wearing make-up. I think I could just put some eye cream on and it would work in a similar vain. I don't think I have any eye patches and I would like to keep it like that. Nothing bad, just a bit unnecessary for me.

I used up three nail polishes this month, first is Avon nail expert platinum top coat with little silver shimmers. I used it as a top coat over some light nail varnishes to give me that icy look, it was very modest but lovely. I liked it but I had it for so long that I am super happy to be finally finished.

Next is Catrice more than nude polish in the Roses are Rosy option. This was milky pink but on my nails more nude than pink. I liked the sheerness and how easy it was to apply evenly. I really like barely there nail polishes since these shades are all I wear lately. I already have some more shades similar to this one so I will not be missing it too much.

Last in a row is Essence Glow in the dark nail polish with little sliver, blue and green sparkles. The glow in the dark was not very strong, I only noticed a little glow after spending all day in the summer outside by the beach, on other days the glow was no where to be seen. It was very mild and I would not be getting it again.

I love using serums under my lotions and this time around I used up Beauty Glam Vitamin C Serum. I noticed some sun spots on my temples and some old acne scars and usually vitamin C takes care of it, they did got lighter but at the moment I am experiencing some more acne... I don't know what exactly triggered them but I know I will need new vitamin c serum to take care of the new hyperpigmentation.

This item was free gift with purchase and it is Catrice Underwater Secrets, Hydra Sheen lip gloss and my shade Got a Secret, Can You Keep it?. It was sheer pink shade (on the lips mostly clear) with a sweet bubblegum scent and gorgeous gloss. I loved it and once I picked it up I just could not put it down. I was using it non stop ever since I received it in July. I would buy it again if I could, it was pretty basic but very lovely at the same time.

Naj Oleari lip gloss with little cherries on the lid is very cute. I love how you have to press the lid down for it to open. I picked shade Rosa Luminoso and even though there is still a little product left I will be throwing it away. Shade is rosy with shimmer but a bit thicker, I think at the end it went bad since it was very gloppy and it tasted really bad, otherwise it had no scent. Packaging was fun to use but the product itself was nothing special and it went ad a little too fast.

Then there is Catrice Melt & Shine juicy lip balm Coco Colada shade. This is my third and last one as well. I honestly don't know why I purchased it since I did not loved the first two. It was a click it kind of tinted lip balm. Warm toned nude with only a slight glow (I thought these would be juicier, hence the name) but very poor hydration. My lips would get chapped by the end of the day so I could not carry it with me and use it on the go plus the warm tones did not suit me very much I am super happy that it is gone so I can move to using something nicer.

Last item is mini Etude Ginger Sugar balm. When I purchased it I thought that this would be amazing but this formula just isn't for me. It is very thick and it does not get absorbed quickly so I am left with sticky fingers and I was leaving my fingerprints everywhere. It has to be applied on dry skin only, if there is any moisture it does not grip. At first I would use it only on my lips and by morning my lips were still covered in it and I would have to use make-up removing balm to get it off, I stopped using it on my lips but instead on some other dry patches all over my body just to use it up. It still took me weeks and I am very glad that it is finally empty.

Chill Out & Dear Rose

 Hello,

this brand, Hince really makes beautiful collections and makes me wanna buy so much from them. When I saw these tinted lip balms I was all over them, for starters I picked two shades to try out the formula and how the shades look like.

They are Hince Mood Enhancer Lip Glows in Chill Out and Dear Rose. I picked one form warm and another one from cool territory.
Each holds 5,5g of product which is quite nice and standard for a lip balm.

Chill Out is red, slightly on the warm side but not orange, I find this shade very similar to my natural lip color, just a tad warmer.

Dear Rose is more pink, a bit more than expected but also super natural.

They have no scent and are a little shiny (like a lip balm not like a gloss), they can be packed and more pigmented and therefore more glossy.
I prefer to wear them with just two or three layers to get that super sheer wash of color and they look very natural on me. Chill Out doesn't change my color by much, it just makes them more even looking while Dear Rose adds a bit of pink and brightness. Still very natural and my lips look like I just put some clear balm over it. They leave stains on my coffee cups but still wear off evenly.

I like wearing these as tinted lip balms, just a few layers to unify the shade and protect them from loss of hydration. a little bit of color remains so I don't love layering them all day long because then they look like lipsticks and I prefer to wear them sheer.

I really like this product, formula and shades and I am interested in getting more from this line.

Waikiki and Ibiza holidays

 Hello,

I have a soft spot for lip balms/glosses in tubes. I think they are easy to apply while on the go and if they are sheer even better. I already tried this formula and I like how they look and feel on the lips.

They are Unleashina Sunset Dazzle Gloss Balms in Waikiki and Ibiza. First one is new to me and Ibiza shade is repeat (it was gift with purchase).

They have a donut applicator which is surprisingly precise and sweet apple scent with zero shimmers.

Waikiki is slightly yellow and that scared me at first but I apply it in a thin coat so it is not visible, it just looks like a clear gloss with nourishing properties.

Ibiza was randomly sent and since I already have a tube I am giving mine to my sister. I made this swatch with my first tube (also the tube is mine and I think you can see the indentation compared to the full yellow tube). Ibiza is bright coral and a bit tricky to apply, there is definitely need for a mirror but other than that it is great.

Shine lasts for one hour and then lips are hydrated and nourished, tinted one leaves a light shade behind but it is not a stain. Texture is very comfortable and non sticky, I wanted to get some nude/moody shades but weren't available, I will definitely check those out and maybe eventually get some.

new lippies

 Hello,

my lates colorful and summery purchase arrived a few days ago. I have received also two clips, one is shell and another one is starfish, very Summer like :)

I picked up two more Muzigae Mansion Icy Glow lip glosses in Better and Breezy. On my photo they look a bit orange, in reality they are both rosy. First is reddish rosy and second is a tad lighter, more coral. I like their slightly green rose scent, pigmentation is not on a super sheer side but still lighter pigmented and they wear beautifully on the lips. I felt that the rosy tones would be great in the Autumnal weather.

Next in a black packaging is my free gift with purchased which I have already tried and posted. It is another Muzigae Mansion item and this one is rosy glitter, for the cheeks it is a bit too sparkly but for the eyes I think it is perfect. I can't find this item to be sold which I think is a bit of a shame, it has wet texture which sets quickly and does not move.

The two sticks are Dasique Melting Candy Balms, I tried to pick the more modest shades and decided to get Apple Cinnamon and Sugar Plum, I hope they are not too bright. I hope they are just as glossy as presented. With purchase of these two I received the two hair clips. Starfish is easier to grip but they look lovely in my hair. I will save them for a warmer weather.

I decided to finally try the Laka Soul Vegan Lip Balm in the shade Rosy. These don't get much press and I wondered if they are really bad or just lost among the many awesome products this brand makes? I guess I will try it out soon enough :)

I purchased another Laka Bonding Glow Lipstick, I really like this formula and when I saw that this Mito shade (deeper nude) was in stock I grabbed it. I wanted this one for a while now :)

Last from Laka is their Jelling Nude Gloss in the shade Grape Ring, it was also a free gift with purchase. I think I already have one from this line but at the moment I can't find it... At the end I gladly purchased two items to get this one for free, it is a lip gloss and I love glosses ;)

On the bottom there are two more Unleashia Berry Shot Lip Tints in Peachy Peach and White Berry. I already have one and I like it so much that getting two more seemed like a good idea.

Then there are two Unleashia Sunset Dazzle Gloss Balms. I initially wanted some of the muted nude shades and the lavender but since those were not available I picked yellow tube which is Waikiki, clear shade but applies slightly yellow. Thought that since I really like this formula I could use this one at night to go to bed and there was also a promise of a free balm... I did not know which shade they would send and unfortunately it was Ibiza. Lovely shade but I already have it and it will take me forever to get through so I am giving this one to my sister and clear one will stay with me for now.

Lip Milk

 Hello,

next item is from the brand Thim and at first I did not care for this product but after days and weeks of seeing it online I got curious.

On the box there is writing which looks like their motto: Life is a beauty, beauty is what you choose to make it, create your own theme, live with your Thim.

I really like it and it gives me some food for my thoughts. Recently I felt the need to change my routine make-up, I am trying new stuff all the time but always in the same matter. I wish for some change, to start doing things in a different matter. I feel the need for a change.

I am mostly talking about changing my colored make-up but it starts with a hydrating and well taken care skin especially now when the cold is sneaking in.
I picked up Thim Essential Lip Milk, I believe this is a hydrating lip balm in a liquid base with a lip gloss kind of look.

Applicator is chubby and caries plenty of product, I have no need for reapplying. Bottle carries 7g of product which I find is a lot.

At first it is a bit milky white but for me that is also a sign that I have applied too much so I spread it thinly all over my lips. At first it is glossy but then it dries to a lip balm shine. When I press my lips together there is light slip which tells me that the product is still there. It lasts exceptionally long, about two hours without eating and my lips are soft and nourished. I really enjoy this lip product, I wonder if they will ever release it in another shade...

Peach Tea, Ribbon Pink and Croissant

 Hello,

seeing these instantly made me look into this formula. I knew I should pick only one but then I settled for one from each color story, close enough :)

Cupcakes are from FlowerKnows The Sweetie Bear collection Coating Lip Jellies in Peach Tea, Ribbon Pink and Croissant. I picked shades which looked the most wearable to me and I am not disappointed.

Packaging is cute but predominately bulky, each holds 5g of balmy gloss. Bears are pretty detailed and the whole packaging looks like a sweet cupcake. I love how they integrated the applicator. It is handy and in a clean spot inside each packaging.

Applicator is firm and easy to use. All jellies have the same light bitter chocolate scent, it is not bad but I am also not a big fan of it. I blame my previous experience with chocolate lip balms and most of them were not the best so now I am transferring that feeling onto these. They smell nice if you like chocolate scent but I prefer more caramel or vanilla of something juicy fruity.

All three shades look a bit moody and Autumnal here but individually they have their own character.

First is Peach Tea and is a warm toned nude, I like to apply it sheer and it just adds warmth and I am not too mad about it. I think it suits me.
Ribbon Pink is my favorite and I think I knew that even before purchasing it. It is neutral pink and I like to add a bit more just to get that refreshing pink hue.
Last is Croissant and the deepest from my pick. It gives me melted chocolate vibe, not bad, surprisingly I like it a lot on myself (pink is still my favorite but I can see myself using it a ton in this chill weather).

They go on my lips a bit like mousse, turn shiny and glossy after a minute. They feel like nothing on the lips after half an hour they start getting sticky. Shine is still going strong and lasts for about one and a half an hour, color remains for even longer but it is severely sticky and I don't like that. I usually just wipe it off after around two and a half an hours. If reapplied the first feeling is restored but I don't carry this bulky packaging around with me.

I like how long lasting these are, I even like all three shade but when they get so sticky all I want is to take them off. It is a weird formula and I think I can use them up but I will not be buying more shades or backups.

Valse

 Hello,

I am still super excited for all the Dinto products and for this one I had high hopes.

Mirror like packaging belongs to the Dinto Overload Lip Glaze Cendrillon Collection tinted lip balm in the shade Valse.

It has a twist mechanism which does not go back so twisting only as much as I need and this is plenty for one application since it is pigmented.
It has no scent :(

Shade is beautifully coral, not too bright but just enough to brighten my face for an everyday look. I especially love it with a mute, barely there eye look and just this on my lips. It provides plenty of shine but I have to be careful because the formula is very soft and it can apply too thick. I just dab it with my finger if that happens so it is not too big of un issue.
There is one negative though. It has burning sensation, it is not cool but it feels spicy and it is on the strong side. I don't love these effect so after feeling it immediately made me realise that we will not be big friends.

I like the look of it but burning sensation can be a bit much sometimes. It lasts for about thirty minutes which is a lot and after that shine starts to fade and it is on my lips for about 45 min, color remains but it is easily to remove while drinking or eating. I also noticed that after three applications my lips got dry and flaky. For me this is not a good formula.

New package no. 4

 Hello,

this is the last part of this particular shopping basket. I think I picked up very exciting items and some of them are already in the testing period.

On the top left corner there are two Holika Holika My Fave Piece Shadows in Honeyed Peach and bottom one is Peach Oolong Tea. I am craving some peach and coral toned shadows and these have some shimmer in it. I can't wait to try them out.

Next are two lip pencil from one of my favorite brands. They are Heart Percent Dote on Mood Line Proof Lip Pencils in Beige Salmon and Haze Mauve. I have tried so many amazing product from them that I just had to try out their lip pencils.

Then there are super popular Nuse Reju Lip Glosses in dark Fig Drizzle and pretty in pink Bunny Fizz. They always look so juicy on everyone lip that I wanted to experience it too. I hope they will look the same on me and that I picked the right shades.

Still in the packaging is Joocyee Glitter Eyeshadow single, this time I picked Cold Silver Gun shade which is supposed to be very intense and my vision is that it will look magical in colder months. I can't wait to try it out.

Big palette is Bbia Essential Eye Palette and I picked Your Mauve option. I know that trying so many new palettes from the unfamiliar brand isn't too smart but I wanted to get this one for a long time but it was constantly sold out (other 6 pan palettes from them were just a bonus, an instant crave).

Lastly but not least is Coralhaze Dew Drop Tint in the color option Fairy. I was impressed with the first one that I purchased a while ago that when I saw this pretty pink I picked it up to expand this line.

New package no. 1

 Hello,

I did another damage to my wallet, there were so many items in my shopping cart that I purchased them before they would be sold out.

First eye shadow palette is Bbia Ready to Wear Palette in Nude Brush and second below is Warm Beige. They looked similar to one of my favorite 2aN palette, not exactly color wise but the palettes looked like the same format and I wanted to see how they compare.

Silver bullet is Dinto Overload Lip Glaze Cendrillion Collection in the shade Valse. On the model this one looked like a juicy coral shade and something I would wear with joy, fingers crossed that it will look the same on me.

Next is AOU Glowy Tint Balm in the option Mulberry Balm. I really wanted to try out these potted balms and this shade looked like Winter time and I am excited.

Another Dinto is Deep-Kissed Plumping Lip Enamel from Peter & Wendy Collection in the shade Lovesick Bell. I had a hard time choosing the shade so I picked the cheapest to try out. If I will like it then I will get some other ones as well :)

Cat in the boots is too funny and I kept the product hidden inside. I think I will keep the box to make me smile. Inside is Dinto Blur-Jelly Plumping Lip Tint from Le Chat Botte Colection and I picked Muhly Gelee shade, it is supposed to be soft pink.

Pink tube next to it is Peripera Ink Glasting Lip Gloss in long anticipated shade Love Of Fate. I was craving this light, pastel pink for so long and when it was in stock I had to get it. I already love the formula and on all the photos this looked like the perfect baby pin shade, I just know I will love it.

Bright tube is another Dinto, this one is from Frozen Lip jelly Snedronningen Collection and I choose Kai shade. It looked like a bright coral shade and I am picky when it comes to corals plus I don't think I have enough of them :)

Last is curvy Heart Percent Dote on Mood Over Melting gloss in rich Nudy Cocoa color. I like all of the products I tried from them and when I saw they have lip glosses I had to pick one shade to try them out. I picked brown/nude to prepare for rich Autumnal weather.

Daisy Jelly & Pink Jelly

 Hello,

I wanted these ever since they came out. I am a big fan of this line of tinted lip balms and two new shades made my heart skip a beat.

They are Rom&nd Glasting Melting Balms in Daisy Jelly (grey) and Pink Jelly (pink tube). Packaging is adorable and the balms itself are gorgegous.
Upon opening them I immediately noticed strong fruity scent, I compared it to my 'regular' ones and here it is more pronounced.

Kitten is adorable and here is one cool toned eye shadow palette from the collection which is also holding my interest but it is still so expensive that I have not buy it, maybe I never will. I will see how the price will fluctuate.

Upon opening them they have floral design through them. So cute and since they are on the sheer side using them does not remove the design, it is not as sharp but it is still clearly visible.

Daisy Jelly comes off as sheer red, it adds a touch of brightness but otherwise it looks pretty natural on me. I had to layer six layers to get this 'opacity'.
Pink Jelly is very cool toned and bright pink shade, it is more pigmented since this swatch was achieved using only four layers.
They have shine but aren't as glossy as the original shades, plus the scent is stronger. They look pretty on the lips but aren't on par with the other ones. This formula is different and if I would try them first I would not fell in love with them.
I know I will use them up but I will not repurchase them, formula just isn't that good. After wearing them all day long my lips were dry and little flakes were accentuated. Cute packaging but the formula is slacking.

Pink Ocean & Diamond Sea

 Hello,

for today I have two pretty pink balms/lipsticks. I love the lovely packaging but I was hopping that the product inside would be exceptional.

They are Joocyee Long-Lasting Glossy Rouge in Pink Ocean and Diamond Sea. I love that the packaging is slightly different color so it is easy to separate them without opening.

They are click operated and they do not roll back. Each holds 3 g of product.

In the packaging they look pretty similar only the glitter separates them. Each base looks more reddish nude than pink.

Glitter is multicolored and there is a lot of it but on the lips I feel like it looks more modest. Sparkles add to the overall glow and it does not look just shimmer.

Each swatch was made with three layers to uniform the color.

Pink Ocean is a bit more red on me while Diamond Sea is a bit paler with sparkles. There is no scent or taste to them.

They start glossy but don't create that lovely mirror like finish. Color does not stay put, it transfers on my cups or glass.

They have pretty good longevity, shine stays for more than one and a half hours, it is not super glossy, not even at the beginning but I like that it lasts, on the other hand it gets a little sticky towards the end. It feels like the water evaporates and only the pigment and glitter particles remain and that substance get a bit heavy. I can see myself using them at least the shimmery option but probably I will not be buying more shades. This odd feeling after 2 hours is weird and unpleasant.

lip oil and lip oil balm

 Hello,

these items are among the new ones from the Catrice range. They immediately caught my eye but I wasn't sure about which shades to get...

They are new Catrice lippies. First is Shine Supreme lip oil in Cherry Lush with 4 ml of product and second is Bare Touch lip oil balm with 3 g of product and mine is named Rose all Day.

Cherry Lush has this beautiful candy cherry scent, it is one of my favorite for now. Glow lasts around 40 min which isn't too bad.
Rose all Day has barely there shade, a bit of shine and sweet fruity scent.

Oil looks pretty juicy on my lips and shade is a sheer wash, it is dark but still sheer plumy/oxblood. It tones my lips and ads the glow.
Balm also has barely there pink glow but the more I apply the more visible it gets (it builds up on my lips), shine is there but it quickly disappears, about 15 min later.

They both feel good on my lips and I love both shades but since I don't love reapplying I can see buying more of these oils while I think I will not be buying more of these balms.

Peach Flush

 Hello,

I have been eying this palette and I just could not choose which palette to grab. This time around I picked only one, which is a big deviation from my usual habit :)

This cutie is WakeMakeSoft Sheer Multi Palette in the shade Peach Flush. It looked inviting and lately I have been dipping my toes into cream products. This palette includes one and it is in the bottom right.

I like the overall coral tone but not all of the shades follow this storyline. They have some palettes with only one shades but it is presented in various finishes, I was more attracted to this palette which includes shades with which I can make whole look.

None of the shades have big glitter but rather modest shimmer. I was also very intrigued by the one cream shade.
I swatched them down, after first top shade I swatched shade below and then I jumped to the middle top and then middle bottom and so on.

First shade is ivory with little silver specks, there is sheer base color and I use it over other shades or on its own to add some sparkle.
Under this one is soft peachy shade with almost sateen finish with some random sparkles. This one has base color and it is beautiful used all over the lid.
Third shade is ivory and it looks matte but it does not lay flat, it has glow from within (it is not chalky) and it is great for preparing the lid, on me it performs slightly lighter than my skin tone.

Darkest rosy coral has very beautiful sateen glow. This finish is a bit more rare and my favorite but this base color can be intense. It does bring my blue eyes out more and it is more unique in my collection.
Brown shading shade is also matte but not powdery, if I apply it with a thin brush it can be used as a liner or with a fluffier brush it can be applied more sheer and I can blend the outer edges. I really like how versatile it is.

Last shade is coral and creamy. I was scared to use it over my finished make-up so first I used it on bare skin and then build my make-up from there and it worked beautifully. I picked up a courage and put it over my freshly applied foundation and it did not disturbed my make-up, I also tried it over freshly powdered cheek and it looked really nice. I can say that this one is the first cream blush that I have tried which looks absolutely beautiful over and under my make-up.
Shade starts sheer but it can be build up and the glow is glowing without being sticky (my hair did not stick to it).

A little close up of the first two shades and their different glow, first has bigger sparkles while the other one is more of a full glowy base color.

Another close up just to show how different they can look in different light. I love how easy to blend they are and there is very minimal powder kick. I use my regular eyeshadow primer and these all stay put all day long even in extreme heat.

I like this thin all over palette, shades combined are lovely, easy to work with and suit me extremely well. Cream product also gave me so much faith in future endeavours with creamy products.
I think I will order more of WakeMake palette because I am in love with this one and I can see some other colors which intrigue me.

Grape Jelly & Peach Jelly

 Hello,

I am back with tinted lip products housed inside tubes. Since I could not choose just one I picked two.

They are Tony Moly Juicy Peptide Lip Jellys in Grape Jelly and Peach Jelly. There are five shades to pick from. Each tube holds 10 ml of product.

Applicators are exceptionally wide and they remind me of ducks feet :)
Scent is barely there and fruity, I wish it would be more prominent.

I swatched these just by squeezing the product out of the tubes and I did not blend them. I was a bit scared at first sight since they appear very pigmented but there is somewhat jelly feel to them and I was eager to try them out.
They are easily sheered out and wearing them gives a nice flush of color to my lips. At first the texture is a bit thick and if I smack my lips together it is stringy so now I wait a minute or two for the formula to lock in and there is no more of that.
I love that even though I put just a little on my lips this jelly texture remains super glossy and juicy looking.

I like that the packaging is a bit different, shades that I have picked are lovely and the shine is insane.
Color prints on my coffee cups but it seems like it does not effect the pigment or shine on my lips.
They last up to two hours on my lips which I think is some record.

I love pretty much everything about them and when I was looking for other shades I can't find them anymore. I hope they will come back and I can get some more of them :)
