Dawn Mauve and Peachy Milk

 Hello,

these lippies were everywhere for a while and I could not stop thinking about them, not just the packaging but description and how transparent they looked on the lips. They seem different than any other lip tints.

I picked Dawn Mauve and Peachy Milk from Heart Percent Dote on Mood One Way Glowy Tints. They have so many shades that I liked but for trying the formula out I picked 'only' two.
Rings are removable and an easy indicator of the shade, they are not exact but very good tell of the shade inside to differentiate. They also provide extra grip to open and hold them easier, after using them I transfer one ring on the lid and it is more comfortable to use.

Applicators are typical and there is a slight fruity scent but I can not connect it to any known fruit. Dawn Mauve is cool toned mauve but on my skin and lips it turns much warmer while peachy Milk looks brighter and on me it sheers out and is not as deep as it looks on the applicator.

Dawn Mauve looks like a squished plum. Mauve with brown tones and Peachy Milk is the opposite. Pale peach shade with vibrancy.
Both shades are clear, they give some pigment but mostly a lot of shine. Even though they are sheer they are noticeable on my lips. It almost looks like I applied some tint and then clear gloss on top, shine is unbelievable, some of the glossiest tints and this crazy shine last for over one hour. Both shades are distinctive on my lips and I like to apply two coats, to make sure the shades are noticeable but also because with just one layer shine is not that impressive but with two coats I am golden.
Staining is even but not super intense, just how I like it.

Dawn Mauve is deep and when I wear it I like to skip eye shadow all together, just mascara and highlighter. After the shine fades I can apply clear lip balm and the tint is not disrupted. I love this shade but just because it is deeper than what I normally wear I know it will not be my everyday shade.
Peachy Milk is very versatile, soft peachy tone can be paired with neutral or bolder eye look, I feel when I put two coats a bit of vibrancy from peach tones comes out are is looking very fresh Spring type of color. This one I have been wearing more than the first shade and staining is gentle but can be prolonged with lip balm after the shine fades.

I think I picked lovely shades (tones and translucent look are very unique among tints), shine is right up my alley and longevity is amazing (shine lasts more than one hour and even stained lips surpasses a lot of other tints). Not to mention the colorful rings for easy recognition among shades and easy opening.

No joke, these two tints skyrocketed to the top of my favorites and right now I am looking at some other shades, pinks and nudes look lovely as well...

Thank you for reading and have a nice day
