Hello,
I am usually not the one who would get make-up based on cute characters but this one caught my eyes and the longer I looked into Dolphins eyes the more I wanted it :)
To be honest I thought that the palette was bare and the stickers would just come with it and you can decorate it however you wanted but the dolphin and dog were all over, best friends forever and forever on my palette ;)
It is
Peripera all take mood palette in
Bravo, Pink Puppy option. Super cute but not my aesthetic, still I found it interesting enough to took a closer look at the shades and that was what convinced me but after getting this palette and swatching it I was a bit disappointed :(
Permanent stickers cover some of the shades but this is essentially neutral palette with some pinks to brighten and an unexpected blue thrown in the mix.
Here they are and blue looks a bit more intense in real life, here it is a bit washed out. I love that they added sparkles to the mix.
First shade has beautiful almost sateen finish but unfortunately for me it leans gold which is not my favorite (I prefer cool toned looks, rather silver than gold).
Second is buttery cream shade in matte finish.
Next to it is also cream but on the cooler side also matte with a cute puppy print. This and previous one barely shows on my skin tone, I have to really pack it on to see a little.
Fourth shade had a lot of potential, this type of bright peach looks really nice against my blue eyes. I have to be careful because sometimes it can make me look sickly but this vibrancy should make me look rather alive than dead.
Next we get in the pink glittery territory and it has almost none of the base color just sparkles, they are small but so so nice.
Next in a larger pan is a blue sparkly shade, this one also has no base color just beautiful sparkles. I find these particles a bit smaller but more intense than in the previous shade.
First brown is a nice medium for me. I like putting it in the outer corners for that light dimension. I don't do bold looks with dark shades so this one is just right. It reminds me of a milky chocolate and it is as dark as I go.
Last is deeper and neutral in tone, with some sparse shimmers thrown in the mix. Just as I mentioned I don't like shades this darkness as my shadows but I can always use them as liners to elongate my eye shape. It is the only way that I can see myself using. It is a nice change from the black or grey that I usually use.
Here they are all swatched, all eight of them...
First one, gold with a sateen finish doesn't have much of an impact but it is noticeable, then it is almost nothing for the next two shades (buttery and cool toned cream shades) and then you can see a hint of peach before the two glitters.
The two glittery shades aren't that different from afar but I like having some option and they are so beautiful that I have been wearing them almost daily.
First (pink one) has larger particles than the second in general and contains pink, violet, gold and a little silver thrown in the mix. They are all approximately the same larger size.
Second glittery shade (pale blue) also has pink and violet particles but also blue and silver. All of them are much smaller and this shade has all four shades in the mix equally.
At first glance this palette looked like a safe bet with a sparkly blue, after receiving it and trying it out I at first felt disappointed since a lot of the shades looked the same or didn't show up.
I did not give up and keep trying it out and found purpose for all of them, even the shades that don't show up, I can still use them to set my primer and help with blending. Usually these cream, barely there shades are the first to be used up so it is good that this palette is packed with them :) the glitters are some of my favorites, here on the swatches I packed them up a bit, usually I wear them more sparse, just a little twinkle to elevate and make my make-up a bit more fun looking without being too much.
Thank you for reading and have a nice day
