Double the Rose

 Hello,

for me Essence has always had nice lip glosses. I am talking about their regular line with many shades to choose from. Previous ones were super nice and I was sad to see them gone but I was willing to try the new ones out. 

Now they are calling them Essence extreme shine lip glosses and I picked up pink Dusty Rose and nude colour is Shadow Rose.

I don't think that they changed the applicators. They are still plush and wide. I get plenty of product with just one take (my lips are on the thinner side).

To me the names don't match the shades. Dusty Rose is a soft pink with silver and blue shimmer, it looks rather fresh not dusty.

Shadow rose is maybe more fitting but to me shadow implies towards grey but this one is a warmer nude with golden shimmer.

I absolutely loved Dusty Rose, so much that I already have a backup :) but it is now discontinued shade, the other one I just used up and I am not missing it.

They had a nice vanilla like scent which sometimes, with multiple reaplications also translated into a taste and it was a very pleasant one. I didn't mind it one bit and I noticed that I have used them up rather quick.

Next time when I will be in the store I have to check for some new shades.
