Hello,
I was testing some of most popular lip tints, I just wanted to see what is so special about this formula.
They are Rom&nd Juicy Lasting tint in Litchi Coral and Pink Pumpkin. I did not expect these two to be so similar, they have different undertones though.
Applicator is longer and they carry a lot of product, I need to wipe a bit off since lighter layers work better for me. Once one layer sits for a minute I can go over with the second and it will not lift the base layer otherwise it removes it.
Scent is fruity, nothing specific just fruity and even that scent isn't strong and quickly disappears.First swatch is fresh and second is remaining stain of Litchi Coral. It is red with coral tone but leaning towards cool tone, especially compared to the second shade. It is very bright and vibrant, fresh swatch and stain are both very vivid.
Third and fourth are Pink Pumpkin. Not much of pink but rather an orange red, kind of tomato soup red shade, also very vivid and bright on the fresh and dried swatch.
I expected these two to look more sheer but I guess a lot of people swatch them lightly and I pretty much always end up with too much. I need to learn how to apply little and blend it with my fingers, because wands carry a lot of product.
They aren't super glossy and shine fades quickly but stain is long lasting. On my top lip these two again do that weirdness when my upper lip line is tinted and the remaining of my upper lip stays the same. It is not super intense but with red shades it is still noticeable. I figured that this formula just isn't for me. Unfortunately I purchased a few more... I hope that the shades will at least be lighter and not so in my face red :)
Thank you for reading and have a nice day
